The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly located just a short walk from the Sassi. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the host. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived until our departure. Always available to answer any questions, give recommendations, and make sure we felt at home. It’s rare to find such a genuinely welcoming person! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Matera. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

The accommodation is beautiful, tidy, and clean. The bathroom is excellent, the terrace is large and lovely, and the room has everything you need – a hairdryer, coffee, tea, etc. We stayed during the winter and the heating was excellent. The location is fantastic; within a few minutes’ walk you can reach the most beautiful parts of Matera. A big plus is the private parking. The host is very kind and gave us many great recommendations for sightseeing in Matera and for places to eat.”

The flat was perfect, everything was good. We kept in touch with the host via watsap, the messages were fast, we could not speak English on the phone. On arrival, the host reserved a parking space for us in front of the entrance to make it easier to get in. Otherwise there was indeed free parking in the surrounding streets. The aprtman's fridge was stocked with some drinks and food for breakfast, and there was coffee next to the coffee machine. We received a map and some useful information about the city from the host. The old town is 10 minutes from the aprtman. Matera is a really beautiful and special place, you can walk around the city all day, there is so much to see, the cave houses, the temples, the stairs, the squares, the city built on a cliff... A real must-see category.

After 3 weeks of traveling thru southern italy, we booked this apartment, and it didn't disappoint . IT was by far the best stay of our entire trip!!..Beautiful apartment, super well equipped, immaculately clean, beautiful bathroom.. Great working Wi-Fi. nice view of the countryside from the balcony ..Nice terrace in front with outdoor furniture.. A washing machine was available at no extra cost..Secure parking inside property accessible with remote control.. Electric shutters on windows .The fridge was stocked with water and fruit juices , jams, and yogurts for breakfast at your own leisure in the apartment.. The espresso machine is there too with pods and milk . Croissants and various little cookies for breakfast also .It is all set up if you want to cook and well equipped..It's about 6 kms ( about 8 min) from the sights in Matera ,we chose not to stay in the city and didn't regret it..Accessing the sights in Matera from here is very easy , there are Parking structures available all around and very close just a couple of blocks away... THE host are gracious and obviously take great pride in their business, and it shows .We highly recommend this B&B when visiting this area .Thank you, Giusy and husband, for making this an exceptional 2 nights stay..

Cant find one little thing that we didnt like. Location - amazing, 500m from the garage, 20 steps away from amazing panoramic view of Matera. Apartment is gorgeous, clean and beautifully decorated. We couldnt have asked for more. Breakfast is tipical Italian with coffee, cornetto and biscuits.

L'angolo di Cinzia er með verönd og er staðsett í Matera, í innan við 1,9 km fjarlægð frá Sant' Agostino-klaustrinu og 1,9 km frá Matera Centrale-lestarstöðinni. We liked the fact that the host greeted us personally on our arrival. He reserved a parking space for us and made sure that we had everything organised, including breakfast. He even suggested two very good restaurants.

Located in Matera, 80 metres from Palombaro Lungo and 500 metres from Tramontano Castle, Sui Lecci provides accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. I think I was lucky to find this gem in Matera. It’s amazing place to stay in Matera. It’s spacious, trendy, well maintained with good furnishings and very clean and tidy. I like this place about the location also. It’s closed to everything and especially Sassi, like at the door of Sassi. It’s good choice to choose this place, because if I chose to stay in Sassi, I had to deal with all the hilly stone roads and stairs with my luggage. Bruna is very helpful and provided me all the necessary information. Absolutely that if I have a chance to come back to Matera, I will come back to stay at Bruna place again.

Every thing and each detail. The cave style of Sassi of Matera, provided an unforgettable experience and outstanding moments. The place attendant was caring, quite responsive, attentive and customer caring. In fact, this particular Hotel’s has made our stay of high standards. We loved the unique stone structure and setup, in integration with other nicely hand crafted decoration and furnishings of the room, which were in tune with the City’s rich culture, Matera is well known for. To my knowledge; the nearby shop sells some of those art pieces, which are handcrafted by the hotel’s attendant. I bought many of those great artworks. Although it’s the first time, this place will always be our first choice of preference whenever repeating the visit to Sassi.
