Nýlega enduruppgerður gististaður, A Ridosso dei Sassi er staðsett í Matera, nálægt Matera-dómkirkjunni, MUSMA-safninu og Tramontano-kastala. We had a wonderful stay! The room was extremely clean and cozy, there’s 1 room with double bed+single bed, another room with double decker. 1 toilet + 1 bathroom. The host send us the breakfast which exceeded our expectations. We got fresh baked butter cake, variety of fruits, milk, yogurt etc… Parking is just outside the house, the house is located at ground floor, very convenient! Thank you for the thoughtful arrangement!

The location is fantastic; within a few minutes’ walk you can reach the most beautiful parts of Matera. A big plus is the private parking. The host is very kind and gave us many great recommendations for sightseeing in Matera and for places to eat.”

M&G holiday house var nýlega enduruppgert og er staðsett í Matera, nálægt Casa Grotta Sassi, Tramontano-kastala og Matera-dómkirkjunni. This is a great place. New, spotless, well-equipped, with the kindest owner who came and found us when we got lost! Just steps outside the city centre and at a very fair price. Grazie!

If you want to experience authentic Matera vibe than you should definitely stay in La perla del tufo. The apartment is huge, walls and ceiling built from limestone (tufo), with beautiful interior design. Nothing is missing here, super clean, perfectly located and free parking is a huge bonus if you are driving to Matera. Roberto, the owner, was a star of the day. Besides his limited knowledge of English he managed to explain to us everything that we needed to know. If we ever come back to Matera we will definitely stay again in La perla del tufo. After 3 weeks of traveling thru southern italy, we booked this apartment, and it didn't disappoint . IT was by far the best stay of our entire trip!!..Beautiful apartment, super well equipped, immaculately clean, beautiful bathroom.. Great working Wi-Fi. nice view of the countryside from the balcony ..Nice terrace in front with outdoor furniture.. A washing machine was available at no extra cost..Secure parking inside property accessible with remote control.. Electric shutters on windows .The fridge was stocked with water and fruit juices , jams, and yogurts for breakfast at your own leisure in the apartment.. The espresso machine is there too with pods and milk . Croissants and various little cookies for breakfast also .It is all set up if you want to cook and well equipped..It's about 6 kms ( about 8 min) from the sights in Matera ,we chose not to stay in the city and didn't regret it..Accessing the sights in Matera from here is very easy , there are Parking structures available all around and very close just a couple of blocks away... THE host are gracious and obviously take great pride in their business, and it shows .We highly recommend this B&B when visiting this area .Thank you, Giusy and husband, for making this an exceptional 2 nights stay..

The apartment was sparkling clean, calm neighborhood, has free parking in front of it, good for sleeping, with mosquito nets, has everything you want to feel like you're at home, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, good wifi. Wonderful hosts that respect your privacy and gave us welcoming snacks. 10/10

Located in Matera, 80 metres from Palombaro Lungo and 500 metres from Tramontano Castle, Sui Lecci provides accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. I think I was lucky to find this gem in Matera. It’s amazing place to stay in Matera. It’s spacious, trendy, well maintained with good furnishings and very clean and tidy. I like this place about the location also. It’s closed to everything and especially Sassi, like at the door of Sassi. It’s good choice to choose this place, because if I chose to stay in Sassi, I had to deal with all the hilly stone roads and stairs with my luggage. Bruna is very helpful and provided me all the necessary information. Absolutely that if I have a chance to come back to Matera, I will come back to stay at Bruna place again.
