Always available to answer any questions, give recommendations, and make sure we felt at home. It’s rare to find such a genuinely welcoming person! A nice one -bedroom apartment, newly renovated, everything -- furniture, facilities, equipment, you name it --is brand new. Exellent shower. The cleanliness of the entire place is outstanding. Whatever you can think of is there: an extra pillow, an iron, TV set in each room, plenty of kitchen and tableware. We only stayed one night, and didn't need all that stuff, but it made us feel at home. Franco is a nice and welcoming host. Breakfast was great and homemade pastries were awesome. Parking is available. A walk to the historic center is around 25 minutes. Neighborhood felt safe.

Located in Matera, 80 metres from Palombaro Lungo and 500 metres from Tramontano Castle, Sui Lecci provides accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. I had a wonderful stay here!Bruna and Leonardo make you feel like at home and are always available. Leonardo took me for a lovely tour around Sassi and told me many interesting local facts. The apartment is amazing - newly reconstructed, spacious, bright, very clean and the interior is really designed as I like it - simple and pretty:) The kitchen is very well equiped. The location is just perfect!10 minutes walk from a train station and just where the old town starts. Many cafes, ice cream shops, food options around. Just all for a perfect stay in Matera.
