The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly located just a short walk from the Sassi. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the host. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived until our departure. Always available to answer any questions, give recommendations, and make sure we felt at home. It’s rare to find such a genuinely welcoming person! We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Matera. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!

Soggiorno Lucano státar af borgarútsýni og gistirými með svölum, í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Matera-dómkirkjunni. Gististaðurinn er með aðgang að verönd, ókeypis einkabílastæði og ókeypis WiFi. It’s super clean and you can see the detail of deep cleaning.( shinny bathroom and even the table in the balcony) the private parking is a big plus and just 5 minutes walk to the center. Super quiet, no noise from neighbors. Easy communication with the owner via WhatsApp.

Everything is great. Beautiful and very clean appartment and we really like the welcoming cake and sweets. The appartment is nicely decorated to a very high standard, and Margherita was very helpful and kind.

The flat was perfect, everything was good. We kept in touch with the host via watsap, the messages were fast, we could not speak English on the phone. On arrival, the host reserved a parking space for us in front of the entrance to make it easier to get in. Otherwise there was indeed free parking in the surrounding streets. The aprtman's fridge was stocked with some drinks and food for breakfast, and there was coffee next to the coffee machine. We received a map and some useful information about the city from the host. The old town is 10 minutes from the aprtman. Matera is a really beautiful and special place, you can walk around the city all day, there is so much to see, the cave houses, the temples, the stairs, the squares, the city built on a cliff... A real must-see category.

New, spotless, well-equipped, with the kindest owner who came and found us when we got lost! Just steps outside the city centre and at a very fair price. Grazie!

The host was very very kind . The cleaness was outstanding . Bed was comfortable.everything was so close to go around . Sassi was only 7 minutes walking. Beautiful house .thankyou Antonio ;);)

After 3 weeks of traveling thru southern italy, we booked this apartment, and it didn't disappoint . IT was by far the best stay of our entire trip!!..Beautiful apartment, super well equipped, immaculately clean, beautiful bathroom.. Great working Wi-Fi. nice view of the countryside from the balcony ..Nice terrace in front with outdoor furniture.. A washing machine was available at no extra cost..Secure parking inside property accessible with remote control.. Electric shutters on windows .The fridge was stocked with water and fruit juices , jams, and yogurts for breakfast at your own leisure in the apartment.. The espresso machine is there too with pods and milk . Croissants and various little cookies for breakfast also .It is all set up if you want to cook and well equipped..It's about 6 kms ( about 8 min) from the sights in Matera ,we chose not to stay in the city and didn't regret it..Accessing the sights in Matera from here is very easy , there are Parking structures available all around and very close just a couple of blocks away... THE host are gracious and obviously take great pride in their business, and it shows .We highly recommend this B&B when visiting this area .Thank you, Giusy and husband, for making this an exceptional 2 nights stay..

Cant find one little thing that we didnt like. Location - amazing, 500m from the garage, 20 steps away from amazing panoramic view of Matera. Apartment is gorgeous, clean and beautifully decorated. We couldnt have asked for more. Breakfast is tipical Italian with coffee, cornetto and biscuits.

The apartment was sparkling clean, calm neighborhood, has free parking in front of it, good for sleeping, with mosquito nets, has everything you want to feel like you're at home, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, good wifi. Wonderful hosts that respect your privacy and gave us welcoming snacks. 10/10

Located in Matera, 80 metres from Palombaro Lungo and 500 metres from Tramontano Castle, Sui Lecci provides accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. elegant palazzo right in the middle of town and only a stones throw away from the sassi. I was ready to move in permanently!!!
