The lift made light work of our luggage, and having secure parking right below us in the private courtyard was a major plus. What truly set this AirBnb experience apart was Roberto's exceptional hospitality. He went above and beyond to assist us with the rental car that was giving us trouble. He not only helped us contact Hertz which kept ringing through, but also offered to personally drive us to the train station in Bra at 6.40am to catch the 7.30am train to Turin so we could pick up a replacement car. His sincere concern and dedication to help us resolve our car issue; his excellent dining & artisan gastronomic shop recommendations in nearby towns like Verduno, Serralunga and Alba; and pointing us to La Morra's bakery off the main road made us look forward to each new day. It was truly remarkable how he was dedicated in ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Communication was a breeze with Roberto; he was always prompt and helpful in responding to our questions via WhatsApp. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb for its cleanliness, location, amenities, and especially for Roberto's outstanding service and exceptional hospitality.

Holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, one ensuite bathroom upstairs next to the main bedroom and another one downstairs. This is very ideal for us family of 4, with teen boy and girl. Majority of the holiday home only provide 1 bathroom and 2 bathroom home is very rare to find. We are lucky to have this place available. Home is very centrally located with private free secured parking. This is a very strong point of this holiday home. Owner has provided us some complimentary coffee as well. However, you can just walk to the seafront where many restaurants and café are located. They are all facing the stunning view of the lake which is a magical atmosphere. Also, communication was great too. Owner speaks English is great plus in Italy. He was also kind enough to book the recommended restaurant on our behalf to make sure the restaurant would look after us well. I highly recommend this place to anyone. It is really rare to find. Do not miss it. You will never regret it. Thank you so much for the unforgettable stay. It was a truly magical experience for us.
