In all my travel, I have never found a place to compare to this apartment, be it location, aesthetics or cleanliness. The host is generous to a fault, the supplies she left us (quantity and quality) were incredible. We even got a special pie and a bottle of wine. Hats off to this place.

We definitely liked the staff, very accommodating, even if we didn't get a chance to meet personally. The inside was super clean and cozy. It even had a washer and dryer at no cost. A laundromat was also a walking distance.

All’Altana b&b apartment está ubicado en Marghera, a 3,7 km de Museo M9 y a 6,6 km de Mestre Ospedale Train Station, y ofrece salón compartido y aire acondicionado. Excellent detailed communication from the very beginning. All pictures regarding the apartment are correct. 10 minutes walk to venice mestre train station, 3 minutes walk to the bus stop. The trains are every 10 minutes but you need to.walk to the end of the underground corridor and up stairs to buy the tickets, the green machines are to validate the tickets. A return for 4 adults was 12 euros. The apartment had so much more than we expected, it was home from home. We were able to make a meal one night as lidl and a large supermarket are within 5 Minute walk! or 10 if you are slow!!! The neighbour hood was relaxing and family friendly there was a small playground nearby for little children. Underneath the apartment was a small bar and shop where you can buy a venice pass for trains,buses, waterboats. Opposite was a fruit and vegetable shop and a few minutes walk was a bakery. The owners of this apartment are literally the best people we have met using booking. Brilliant communication, nothing was too much trouble, and we received a lovely gift of little cakes on our arrival. We also received helpful links to navigating venice, which we would not have known about. The apartment has everything you need to self cater and there was welcome tea, coffee and chilled water. The beds were so comfortable we decided not to get up early to go into venice but chill for a while. You have access to a patio area at the back of the property, which is full of plants and flowers, very relaxing. We didn't do this because the weather was a bit cold and we arrived home later in the night from sightseeing. We cannot find any fault with this apartment. I would recommend it and stay here if I return to venice. As a family of 4 with two teenage boys they enjoyed every minute and we couldn't get them out of bed either!!
