High standard with nice pool area, incredible room and great, service minded staff. Definitely recommend. The room had a minor leak from the AC that they fixed the same day

Featuring garden views and a garden, Harini Villa features accommodation attractively located in Sigiriya, within a short distance of Sigiriya Rock, Wildlife Range Office - Sigiriya and Sigiriya... I've just had the most amazing 3 day stay at the family run Harini Villa. It's situated a 5 min walk from the main Junction bus stop & restaurants & it's lovely & peaceful. The room itself was perfect & spotless with a lovely patio area at the front where I had an amazing breakfast while watching the birds & monkeys. Breakfast was made & served by Dinu & it was delicious. Dinu took care to accommodate my request for gluten free food which I'm very grateful for. She also introduced me to a new dish each day (in addition to what else I was served). I had lovely chats with Wicky the owner, he was very attentive & made sure I had everything I needed & was comfortable. Pathum took me on a trip to Polonnaruwa & was a safe & efficient driver & he also made a suggestion to add in a trip to the Spice garden on the way back, which was very enjoyable. All up I would highly recommend staying at Harini - the beautiful & kind family will look after you. I hope that one day I will be able to stay here again - thankyou so much for looking after me!

Well located in the centre of Anuradhapura, Prestiva Stay is a recently renovated holiday home, which provides free WiFi, a garden and free private parking for guests who drive. Prageeth, the owner, may quite be the kindest individual I have ever come across. His property was in a quiet location, away from the hustle of Anuradhapura centre. There was no noise other than the wildlife outside. The check-in procedure was extremely simple and straight forward. Prageeth met us as we arrived and showed us around. He mentioned that we were his first foreign guests! The house was very clean, it was well furnished and whatever we could see wasn't provided, Prageeth provided for us. We required a gas cooker and some plates, he got those for us within 30 minutes. We talked to Prageeth about our plans and he kindly offered to organise a tour for us around Anuradhapura Ancient City. He joined in with the tour, using his personal car to transport us from place to place, whilst a tour guide and another tourist couple were alongside us. His service during the tour was second to none, and we were even extremely lucky to be given the honour of participating in a Buddhist ceremony, something that even the locals do not participate in! The day of our departure, we had planned to use Uber/PickMe to organise the transfer to our next stop in Sri Lanka. Prageeth, not wanting to let us depart without knowing that we were safe, offered to transfer us to our next destination, with a stop in Polonnaruwa along the way (this saved us a lot of stress in organising a tour the day after). He did charge for these additional services, but they were significantly cheaper than similar services from tour companies and I can guarantee we would not have received the same service. I cannot stress enough the service we received from Prageeth. For our first time in Sri Lanka, it was the ultimate welcome from the kindest person.

We loved the setting, the porch and the feeling of freedom when you are there. We loved the owner as he was really helpful with everything, organized us a safari trip and some tuktuks. We had an amazing breakfast and even better dinner. It was by far the best hosting family we had :) We highly recommend it!

The host is very kind and helps with everything you need. The house is clean and the view is outstanding. You have an entire apartment just for yourself and for a fair price.

Set in Matale and only 44 km from Kandy City Center Shopping Mall, Heavens Acres Lodge offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The lodge had a beautiful and peaceful garden filled with trees, creating a serene atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary tools and appliances, including pots, pans, a gas cooker, fridge, and washing machine. The rooms were also nicely arranged and had everything we needed. The bathroom was well-maintained and clean. Overall, it was the best stay we've ever had.
