The property was clean and everything we needed was there at a very low price! The service was great. I wouldn’t hesitate booking this place over and over everytime i visit lipa.

The place is the same as the attached photos. Morning scenery is amazing and relaxing (Mount batulao can be visibly seen). There are no nearby neighbors, perfect for large and loud groups. But since you are alone on the farm, suggesting to bring everything you need (food, condiments, toiletries, etc.). We had fun using karaoke, billiards, and pool. It is worth the price. Ms. Ann and the caretakers are nice and accommodating even if we have lots of questions.
