It looks newly renovated and is very clean and modern. The host family is amazing! I highly recommend!

We had a four-day stay at villa Zavino in August as part of a longer trip where we stayed in seven different places, and this was easily the most successful and enjoyable stay of the entire trip. The house is truly beautiful, with a tasteful, modern-rustic design. It's clear that no expense was spared, from the high-quality appliances and thoughtful lighting to the overall design and finishing touches. It even had a PlayStation, games, and a full-size snooker room, which were a huge plus. When we arrived, the fridge was stocked with food and treats as a welcome gift, which was an amazing and thoughtful touch. Communication with the host was excellent and very pleasant throughout our stay. We were genuinely sad to leave this place. We highly recommend it!

General without breakfast, but there was prepared a welcome packet with all the local specialities (ham, cheese, wine, eggs...) The hosts were really very hospitable. Nice bike paths - direction Sežana - Lipica or direction Komen. Near to sea coast => nice bike trip Koper – Izola - Piran

Guesthouse 45 er staðsett í Dutovlje, 17 km frá höfninni í Trieste, 18 km frá San Giusto-kastalanum og 21 km frá Miramare-kastalanum. The apartment/house is super quirky and super fun. Having lots of different levels. The attention to detail was fantastic. Coffee for the coffee machine. A washing machine with washing powder, which was fabulous to use. The basics for the kitchen were there which made cooking something great. (oil vinegar salt and Pepper) even a little sewing kit. The beds were great. Very welcoming with drinks and a snack. They also own a restaurant/bar across the road. The food was devine.. Really really recommend this too. The hosts were super friendly an accommodating. Supermarket nearby, a very tiny village but had everything you would need. Great base for walking which is what we were doing.
