It was just where we needed to be, and was warm and welcoming. It is car-dependent which was fine for us, and convenient to Middletown, which is booming. It is a residential house, and we welcomed no elevators, no resort fees (there is a cleaning fee), and parking next to the front door.

Situated 11 km from Thunder Lagoon Waterpark, 14 km from Northside Park and 21 km from Roland E. The house is very nice. It shakes from time to time but otherwise very nice. Would love to stay there again.

Situated in Dover, 26 km from Killens Pond Water Park and 1.4 km from Air Mobility Command Museum, Dover Home - 2 Mi to Delaware State University! offers air conditioning. It was a perfect sized home for my family of two kids and two parents. The high ceiling when you first walk in gives a sense of grandeur but it was still a cozy and intimate vibe. We loved the space in the yard, the bedrooms upstairs and the overall aesthetic of the home. I loved waking up making coffee and having a private outdoor space to eat/drink and enjoy fresh morning air. There were lots and pans for when we cooked some homemade meals and enough cutlery/kitchenwares for us. There is a washer and dryer to keep your clothes clean. It was pretty easy to use. I loved the big couch where we spent some good quality family time. The bedrooms were a good size for our needs.

Big island, good sized backyard for puppers, and all stocked for BBQ nights. Good supply of cooking gear so you can actually do a good Christmas meal. Was lovely stay.
