The open-plan living area opens onto a private balcony with a plunge pool, ideal for sundowners. With a state-of-the-art kitchen and a plethora of local restaurants nearby, eating is a delight. The three luxury bedrooms include two ensuite bathrooms furnished with bathtubs, spacious showers, and air-conditioning. Other features include: touch-screen alarm, underfloor heating, intercom, a top-end sound system, washer/dryer, secure parking, free wifi, and DSTV Premium. Due to the location of the apartment, you may experience intermittent cellphone and Wifi signal. NOTE: Construction in the vicinity. To stay updated please request a link from the host. LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP What is Powered: All the lights, the entertainment, wifi and most of the plugs in the property. The aircons are all also powered during loadshedding, with selective plugs in the house available. The toaster, kettle and small appliances are also on the inverter. Hours are dependent on usage. What Isn’t Powered: The fridge, freezer, and stove, microwave, washing machine and dryer and the rest of the plugs in the kitchen do not work during loadshedding. The geyser is also excluded from the power backup. The building lifts do not work, as the complex do not have a back-up. HOUSEKEEPING Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home does not accommodate children. SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside. NOISE POLICY This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device. All bookings with us require NoxCover. This is administrated by Truvi, a globally recognised trust and safety company. Bakoven is a the beautiful enclave via which you are able to enter Camps Bay, with it's own beach. Camps Bay is a residential beach suburb, within ten minutes drive of the city centre. It has amazing sea and mountain views and a great selection of restaurants, bars and shopping.
