The breakfast was excellent and gluten-free on request. The bathroom is close to a 5 star hotel. The hit is the Pup The Crown In just around the corner. All very friendly. We'd love to come back. This accommodation is unreservedly recommended.

Both went our of their way to be helpful and it was lovely to be able to eat some home cooked pub food in the evening washed down with some excellent beer. We were there Friday and Saturday and the special was homemade pie... we were told that if you can eat the pie you get a free dessert. My husband enjoyed the challenge! Would recommend as our request for a quiet room was listened to - thank you.

Suzy the host was fantastic , our request for a cooked breakfast was accomadated without a problem. The picturesque village is very friendly and has a pub, thriving village-run shop and history on your doorstep- no need to venture further afield!
