Wow - this is such a gorgeous place to stay. Staying in a historical building but with state of the art bathroom, super large TV with Netflix etc. the super king bed was so comfortable. It was beautifully quiet and yet only a 5 min walk to great restaurants and it’s an easy stroll to Vila D’Este The arrangements to collect the keys works perfectly and we were able to drop off the luggage early Sara, the host really goes that extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. There’s a lovely breakfast area with nespresso maker, toast, jam etc and a nice selection of complimentary soft drinks in the fridge. In the bathroom there are all the toiletries you’d expect in a 5 star hotel. In short if you’ve going to Tivoli book in here 👍😊

A very clean, nicely furnished apartment located in the historic district of Tivoli and easy to reach. In ten minutes walk you can be at the train station or the main bus station. The nearest supermarket is also within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed during our stay. We could cook and store food in the fridge - it was all there. The hosts were even kind enough to give us snacks and a cake! They were also always easy to reach. Even the neighbors were friendly and always greeted us. We were very pleased with the apartment and highly recommend it for a trip to Tivoli!

Diego is so lovely. The apartment is in a great location and is extremely clean and comfortable. Diego is probably the nicest host I have ever met. He goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay. He left us tea, coffee, cakes and even wine. He even gave us an in promptu little tour of Tivoli. He is just the nicest person! Highly recommend a stay here if you are in Tivoli.

Very charming. Host was most helpful in trying to locate the windbreaker I lost at Hadrian's Villa. Love the location in the Old Town part of Tivoli. Be sure to have dinner at Li Somari. Excellent food with creativity and perfect execution.

The accomodation is in the center, so all attractions can be reached easily. There was a festival going on while I was in Tivoli with loud music and the isolation of the room was pretty good. Marco went out of his way to help with the luggage to upper floors and with their private parking. Breakfast was very good with Marco attending to meticulous service. we were somewhat disturbed that no food or beverage were allowed to be introduced to the room. found this very unusual in comparison to the many other accommodations we experienced in Italy. Perhaps they should reconsider this restrictions as it makes little sense.
