Judith was very accommodating and helpful with any questions that I had during my stay. It is a short walk to some shopping and restaurants. With that said, I would recommend having your own transportation; however, I am not sure that its entirely necessary.

A gorgeous location, so quiet and peaceful with lovely views of the castle and out over the water. The hosts were so kind and friendly, it really felt like home from home. We stayed for 3 weeks while waiting for our new house to be ready and the property provided everything we could possibly have needed.

Cosy Room is located in Shannon, just 8.4 miles from Dromoland Castle and 12 miles from Thomond Park. I was absolutely shocked at the price of the property! It was clean, lovely home, beautiful room and the heat was so welcome after the cold evening we had travelling. The host was amazing and even rang to make sure we had gotten to property.

Bunratty Meadows Bed & Breakfast offers accommodations in Bunratty, 1.9 miles from Bunratty Castle & Folk Park and 9.1 miles from Dromoland Golf Course. Our room was immaculately clean, extremely comfortable, and well appointed. Bunratty is only a few minutes' drive away, and it offers plenty of choices for dinner.Dariena offers plenty of choice for breakfast also, which was delicious and generous. A lovely view over the green fields to the river. This B&B was the stand out of our 3 week trip from Australia. Thank you!
This is an independent, locally owned property - it was a pleasure to stay here. The building was newly renovated and spotlessly clean. Staff were so very helpful and professional in their interactions. Besides the hotel, the building contains a lovely restaurant (fish and chips cooked to perfection) and a charming pub - Shannon Springs Hotel is a great place to recharge before or after a long flight in or out of Shannon Airport. There are bus stops immediately outside the building and you can be whisked there within minutes.

Everything went so well. I was able to check in early, driving from Shannon Airport in the snow. The dinner was totally amazing, as was breakfast the next day. The most fantastic host and chef (Gillian & Niall). I am staying here again next week on the way back home and I so looking forward to being here once again! Thank you Gillian & Niall and staff for a day & night I will always remember. What a beautiful piece of Ireland! See you soon again!

Lovely hotel right near Shannon Airport. The pub and restaurant were lively while we were there. The food was fine. Carpark on property. Hotel building was very nice, room was very good.
I liked that it was a short safe walk across the parking lot of the Shannon Airport. Very convenient after a late night flight into Ireland.
