We were late to check in. I had some difficulty trying to call (because of my US number) but I was able to email through Booking.com and Dawn responded exceptionally quick. She was kind and courteous at arrival and departure. The location was perfect to walk across the street to dinner. The Irish breakfast was delicious. Our only regret was not staying at this location longer. If we ever make our way back to Ireland, we will be staying here again!

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting the Bunratty castle and walking distance to it as well as restaurants and shopping. They also have an amazing restaurant and pub in the hotel itself. We actually stayed twice because it was such a perfect stay. Once in the beginning and once at the end of our trip. It’s only a 10 minutes drive to the Shannon airport. The staff were all welcoming and accommodating.

N & M made our whole family feel so welcome. Their farm is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and clean, and it was such a special experience to take in the horses and cows while eating breakfast. We travelled with some older members of our family as well as our toddler and everyone had a fantastic stay. The breakfast also was my wife’s favourite breakfast in Ireland! Delicious scones and soda bread especially. A great relaxing stay in the middle of our two week trip.
