It would be really useful to be able to contact the hotel via WhatsApp for travelers that travel only with an e-sim as I had to get my daughter in Wellington to call for the collection. The shuttle driver was very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast is outstanding.

If you're looking for a place near Auckland Airport this hotel fills the bill nicely. Very good complimentary breakfast and decent dinners if you want to eat in. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance.
Hotel was Clean and Roomy. A little more expensive versus others but well worth it due to location and convenience. Hotel area has a lot of food and shopping in walking distance. Great 1st experience in AKL.
