This property is a short walk uphill from the centre. Pasegnato is a good place to visit - the lake is beautiful and you can take a short boat trip across to the Island. The apartment is extremely comfortable and spacious and has everything you will need. All in very good condition. We particularly liked the mosquito nets on all windows and doors. Our hosts were so helpful and welcoming and there was a really thoughtful supply of a few basics in the fridge / cupboard which was so helpful when cooking for just a few days. Also the most delicious fresh figs!

We love everything about this place! It is definitely one of the best hidden gem we have stayed in the entire trip! The owner is really friendly and helpful, the place is in a beautiful location (old town center) with a view of the serene lake and it is really cozy, clean and comfortable, and the location is only 30 minutes away from Perugia, which makes it super convenient to go for a nice day trip. We really enjoyed strolling by the lake, it is really peaceful there. The host also recommended a great restaurant while we stayed there, and provided us with tasty snacks and coffee for breakfast. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

Margherita was a fantastic host, met us early at the property, had stacked the kitchen with all sorts of goodies and the appt had every imaginable appliance. The appt was spacious, light, extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. The location could not have been better; right in the centre near the restaurants and overlooking the lake. We loved our 4 night stay here and highly recommend it.
