The property owners, Jen & David, were a joy to rent from for our long weekend. They reached out a few days ahead of time, on top of answering a few questions I had 1-2 weeks in advance. David called on our way to the property to double check any last minute items. We were able to visit David's ice cream shop in South Portland, and it was fantastic! Great visit, and the town of Portland was great!

The apartment was very cozy. Separate bedrooms. In a neighborhood setting. Close to the old port and town. Close to the recreational trails. Clean. Fairly priced. Well equipped kitchen was great although I was not able to take advantage of it. Good to know for future return ... which I hope to do!

The apartment was just as described and as you see it in the pictures. It is comfortable. It's in a GREAT location for downtown Portland. Convenient to some excellent bars, restaurants and cool stores and very close to the Regency Hotel which has an excellent spa and the waterfront. The interior is cool and funky and the appliances are top notch. The beds are comfortable and the living room is perfect for hanging after a long day of dining and touring.

- 9.2Scored 9.2WonderfulRated wonderful· 6 reviewsgreat location and good sized apartment for family of 4 to stay a couple of nights in Portland. everything is walkable from the apartment and we loved the shops and restaurants in the area. only gripe would be the air con was 2 units in the bedrooms only, both of which were quite noisy ever when on low at night. the rest of the apartment was quite hot as didn’t have air con in them. it was extremely hot outside in fairness but even so I think it should be made clear that the entire apartment does not have air con.
