Kelly is a fabulous hostess and has set up the big room with all the comfort you need. Apart from a bed, settee and breakfast bar, there's kitchen facilities including a fridge and microwave. Kelly had prepared a welcome basket full of goodies to eat which was a godsend after travelling all day. We wished we could have stayed longer and we recommend this place to everyone who will be travelling to the area.

This is a lovely house in a great location with sea views from either the lounge or the bedroom and balcony. It's in a quiet secluded road, yet it's still only a short walk to shops, pubs/restaurants and takeaways. Over the road is the seafront with the beach front railway which will take you on a mile long journey along the sea front to the funfair and amusement park, with more shops, cafe's and restaurants so there's plenty to do for all ages. This was my first visit to Hayling Island but I will gladly book it again if it's available.
