Most beautiful view in Positano! Very nice host, clean apartment, generous breakfast (+ beer, snacks, water), big balcony, location close to the center but not in the middle of the wandering tourists or too high up. I was even able to check in earlier than the official checkin time. Overall very good price for what you get! Would absolutely recommand this place!

Casa Pietro was one of our favourite places we stayed in Italy - the views across Positano were stunning, the room was spacious and clean, amazing bathroom and Lisa and her husband were lovely. They helped us with our luggage and gave us their top tips for travelling in the area, and even booked us dinner at an amazing restaurant. Will definetely be going back!

The view was exceptional. Like nothing I’ve ever see. Before. The photos do not do this place justice! It is incredible beyond words, my partner and I agreed it was the best view of Positano and the ocean you could get in the entire city, and we visited some of the most highly rated restaurants with views and nothing compared to the view from Casa Gilda. Gilda is a beautiful woman who made us feel like family, her daughter who speaks English gave us great recommendations, helped us with bus tickets etc. Gilda cooked us a home made breakfast in the mornings on her terrace which was beautiful and was so lovely to us always! Further, the location is incredible and so much better than staying in town. There is a SITA bus stop 100m down the road which takes you anywhere along the Amalfi coast from Sorrento through to Amalfi town, stopping at beautiful beaches and restaurants along the way which was so convenient. Positano itself is a 10-15min walk along a beautiful coastal road. As well, there is a private walk past a gate from Casa Gilda which you are given keys for that takes you down to Arienzo beach which is amazing with a cute beach club as well. I could not recommend this place enough, they could charge 10x the price, and being on the cheaper side of accommodation in Positano I cannot believe the value for money. Already planning our next trip. Amazing. 11/10.
