The hotel exceeded our expectations: surprisingly, real site was even more spectacular than its pictures! We greatly enjoyed the wonderful swimming pool that goes through the whole hotel area (it's really nice and unusual to have a glamorous "private aqua park" just few steps from your room). Where should I start. First of all the service was so good! They care about the guests so much. Besides normal cleaning, they came every evening to light the candle and bring new pool towels. Everything is very clean and the rooms are big. The hotel area is beautiful green. There are enough seats at the pool and on the beach. We never had troubles to find empty seat. You can order food and drinks at the pool and they bring you them. The hotels restaurant prices are quite good and they have many options. The breakfast was very diverse, they have western and asian food. The hotel is central to restaurants and massage places. Overall I would love to come to this hotel again!

We absolutely loved our stay from the first second on. The check in was really professional and fast. When we arrived the room was very clean and well prepared for us. I loved the design of the room. The breakfast was really good, I am a total breakfast person so during all our stay I tried so many delicious options. We also tried the restaurant for lunch and dinner and really liked it. The beach area was amazing, always clean and they have very comfy sun beds. And the final and absolutely best part of the stay was the stuff of the hotel. The stuff was so kind, respectful and helpful, they always called us by our names and took care of us so well. especially I will never forget Miss Tik, she is just such a good and positive person that totally loves her job, I really hope to meet her again in my life. we were really sad when our time was over. they are renovating some of the rooms right now, we didn’t hear any noise to be honest, all of that was handled really professional and it’s nice to see that after the Covid crises the hotel finally can continue with its work. My boyfriend and me definitely don’t understand the criticism of some other guests ( I mean everyone is different sure) but they are really doing everything to improve and we should not forget that the past 3 years were quite hard for the hotel industry. we really can’t wait to come back! thank you for everything.
