Accommodation-only basis, but wasn’t a problem as Woodhall Spa close by with plenty of places for brekkie etc. Host thought of everything…plenty of toiletries in case you’d forgotten anything, hairdryer supplied, plates/cutlery in case takeaway ordered! Couldn’t fault it and superb price! Would use again if back in the area.

I was travelling for work in Coningsby, and was booked by the company. Sometimes rooms in pubs are a bit basic and noisy, but the Leagate Inn is definitely not one of these. Very nice pub, seems to have a lot of custom from locals which always bodes well, menu is not the biggest, but the food was really good, and they had a good specials board as well. I ate twice, both meals excellent, all staff were friendly. Room was amazing, clean, nicely decorated, sat on bed for a coule of minutes after getting there, and woke up 2 hours later. Really comfortable.
