What a find this hotel was. We were at an event in Cyclopark which is 5 minutes away by car. The staff are definitely the friendliest and most helpful you will find anywhere. The room was excellent and the food was top notch. We will certainly book again for our next trip to Cyclopark.

Our weekend stay at Best Western Premier Dover Marina Hotel & Spa was exceptional! The spa and sauna were a rejuvenating experience, adding a touch of luxury to our getaway. The proximity to the White Cliffs of Dover made for stunning walks. The hotel's comfort, fantastic amenities, and scenic location exceeded our expectations.
We really enjoyed Best Western Premiere. The accommodations were wonderful and the location could not have been better. All staff were fun and efficient. Fish and Chips at Mr. White's is a must! We enjoyed being able to just get out and walk the wharf and all along the Cliffs. Wonderful experience. Even in the pouring rain!
The location to the Dover ferry terminal was very convenient, which was why we chose the Best Western Dover Marina Hotel. The reception staff were very pleasant and the full English breakfast in the morning was lovely.
Good breakfast and location, room was basic but ok. Not the usual Best Western standard that we have had before at other locations.
A great location to stay the night before a very early ferry from Dover the next day. Parking was big. check-in was efficient and friendly. The man at Reception Mayur was professional, friendly like home mate .Treated us with VIP ServiceThe room gave us all we wanted and facilities were clean and comfortable. We didn't eat at this location (as we arrived late and left early) so can't comment on restaurant, but sure, like most Best Western it would have been consistently good. Will def stay again if need to.
The hotel is warm and welcoming - as is the restaurant. Breakfast was lovely but despite asking , Best Western refuse to stock GF sausages ( definitely not a major issue but really easy to offer and they just ignore something so simple
Great stay at the best Western Hotel in Dover. Had a lovely room and staff were so accommodating. Definitely would go back and absolutely recommend it
Perfectly good, typical Best Western hotel. Creaky floorboards, tired but fair-sized room and uneven floors.
We have stayed in much better rooms at Best Western hotels. Location on the high street made access to the hotel car park very difficult. Breakfast was very good.. We had trouble with the toilet in bedroom 12 because the water tank took a very long time to fill, which made it difficult for two people sharing.
