The small balcony is a real bonus for a ground floor flat. We had a very enjoyable time in Cromer. The Coast Hopper bus was so convenient. We got to Wells and the North Norfolk Railway at Sheringham. From start to finish, Jane and Neil were so welcoming and made you feel so at home! They got my room ready early for me and let me meet their beautiful dogs. The room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the beach and the town including the light house which I loved! Breakfast was lovely and it was like home from home.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Barns which is ideally located to explore North Norfolk, several National Trust sites in close proximity as are coastal towns of Cromer and Sheringham with Great Yarmouth only an hours drive away. The owners of The Barns made us very welcome and willing to have a chat with us at breakfast, there were plenty of choices for breakfast which were perfectly cooked and served.

She was also a fabulous cook as breakfast was delicious! The room we had was very comfortable and spacious, as was the ensuite bathroom. A charming place to stay.

We usually go out of season but in the summer, fully equipped for BBQ in garden or visit to beach with chairs, parasols and kids beach items (even boogie boards). its just amazing, cant wait for our next stay.

We've never been in a holiday home that had such a well equipped kitchen, with proper knives, good pots, etc. Everything works, is well maintained and well documented. Bed linen and towels are provided plentiful, but no toiletries. The Bann Thai restaurant, about two minutes away, is also recommended.
