The staff was very nice, they spoke excellent English and helped us with everything. Also, the breakfast was great, with many buffet options to choose from. They are under a new management, so just ignore earlier reviews.

We absolutely loved everything about this place! The owner has thoughtfully considered every detail to ensure guests feel completely comfortable. The location is perfect, it is right next to Billa grocery store, it has lots of parking space and it's close to the gondola. There is plenty of room inside, the room has two balconies and it's all very clean and taken care of. A nice bonus were complimentary cold welcome drinks and coffee. They offered us a place to store our bikes over night. There are a few nice restaurants in the 100 meter radius.

    Great location for a skiing holiday if you don't mind being...

    Great location for a skiing holiday if you don't mind being away from shops, bars etc. Nearest restaurant is about 20mins walk up the mountain. On the other hand it's quite a nice place to be "stuck" in, has a warm relaxed vibe, the facilities are great and the staff super friendly. Pizzas are very good!

    Apartment is located in a quiet, beautiful area surrounded by mountains. Place was extremely clean and had everything that is needed including shower cosmetics, kitchen equipment, towels. Jacuzzi and sauna were perfekt after long hike :) We were travelling by train and bus to Semmering train station to start our hikes there. Although the buses and trains are going there not so often, with a good planning it’s not a problem. In Spital am Semmering there are some restaurants and market.

    it’s a newly refurbished property. We loved the bed and the kitchen. It was all fresh and nice. the location is perfect, very central. there is a good restaurant int he hotel - literally almost the only one open mid week. The local food is 👍🏻
