The last time I was at this hotel I stayed in an amazing room, we expected the same experience, but unfortunately this time we stayed in a very bad room on the 5th floor, very disappointing, we tried to change rooms as the room smells bad and there is a broken floor in the bathroom the air conditioning was moldy, the furniture was very old and looked worn out, in the end we tried to upgrade but were unable to do so because the hotel was very crowded

I stayed in Campinas for 2.5 weeks. The first 2 we were in Cambui which is a lovely area in Campinas. It is safe and has lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The last few days we stayed in Barao Geraldo which is the area around Unicamp. This too is a nice area with shops, restaurants and bars. We rented a car which made it easy to get around. People in Campinas are very friendly. Most people do not speak English but they will bend over backwards to help you out.
the staff are amazing . I was checked in my a man on the Night Shift . his English was perfect and over all a great welcome from him with great humor . the hotel is spotless and the pool on the roof was excellent with great views . the bed was comfortable with great pillows and the room has good blockout curtains .
the breakfast was very tasty with a good selection and good coffee and good juice . I would highly recommend staying here . close to good bars and parks . strong Wi-Fi for working online .
I could not find anything to like. I gave a second chance in this hotel and they managed to be worst than the first. No elevators! The staff is unfriendly and doesn't provide any help, does not provide meaningful information, and no support. This hotel is used by airlines to accommodate passengers from canceled flights, so do expect upset and unfriendly guests and staff. Not worth the price. Horrible service, bad location, bad planning, and bad layout. Be prepared to carry your bags back and forth.
It's a simple hotel with the level of comfort for solo travellers/ backpackers. The hotel is very new (some parts are still under construction), but clean and safe. There is a supermarket nearby for any daily necesscity you might need. Wifi very strong and the host was very friendly and accommodating. (I asked for an extra blanket and he delivered within minutes)
Good Location in the district Cambui, where you safely can reach a lot of good restaurants, bars and cafes by walk, portability the best of the City are located there. The room comfort is definitely over the average. Can also recommend the Hotel Restaurant for Lunch and Dinner.

If you arrive late at the airport, and you leave very early next morning, then you have no option since it is right there. But if you have a little extra time, find another hotel. Actually, this one should not be considered a hotel at all!
The location is a highlight, in a very good spot, near by shopping malls, bakery, supermarket.
