    The food was incredible, it absolutely exceeded my expectations. I also loved how many small children were at the property. We travelled with our toddlers and the staff did a wonderful job at making us feel comfortable. I felt really safe at the property, even while at one the pools. Speaking of pools, the children’s pool is incredible. Our toddlers had so much fun going down the mini slides they didn’t want to leave.

Facilities are amazing for a family and, while it does not have very elaborated structure, everything is compact and hotel offers great variety of activities for kids of all ages and adults. we loved horse-riding and tirolesa! And pianist along with the musical evening were also amazing addition to our stay.

    I had a pleasant and memorable stay in Campinas, SP. The city offers a nice mix of urban comfort and cultural charm. The people were welcoming, and I enjoyed exploring the local restaurants and attractions. Everything was convenient, and overall, it was a great experience!

    There isn’t to do around the hotel, the city is just an inland city with lots of attractions for young people. The most of big supermarkets are far from the city center and the location of the hotel isn’t that safe as the most Brazilian cities.

    For an haras, there is very little of nature.

    For an haras, there is very little of nature. Few animals like chickens and other birds were completely locked up. We couldn't see it. Only 2 horses, not very inviting site for a hiding. There are no trails for walking. Only the road.

    HOTEL IS OLD,NEEDS UPGRADES FRONT DESK STAFF NOT FRIENDLY BAD MANAGEMENT: -I waited for service at the pool for an hour. I went to front desk to complain, they said someone would be there in a bit, still took another half hour to have pool service. - I order one type of drink but it came another. -Out of the 4 machines at the fitness center(which had only 2 treadmils, 1 eliptical and 1 bike) only 1 was working. - Room keys had to be changed daily at front desk because the magnetic strips loose the power by the end of the day. -Hot water in the shower would go on/of making water either really cold or really hot. -No shower cap in the bathroom, when we asked for one at 9pm they told us to go downstairs to get it instead of bringing it to the room -There is a charge of R$5 for each silverware if you need one to eat at the room 😳 **The pleasant points at the hotel were: pool, breakfast and lady who served us at breakfast(Cassia), she was friendly and attentive to customers needs.     It is a clean peaceful enviroment. The staff is very attentive. I'll recomend. It needs, a better tv programing or at least a smart tv. Also a head bed little lamp. It is excellent if you go for a business trip or visiting friends.

    Great city if you have a car and can move to different spots. Great for work travel, convention, etc. Not a very turistic city but there are lot of different places to visit around the city. Try Joaquim Egydio, beautiful smal historic city.

    Ribeirão is not a tourist city. We went to visit relatives. It is very comfortable, has plenty of malls for its size, and I believe the quality of life is very pleasant if you are raising a family. Good restaurants in the malls.

    Olimpia is a small town that became famous for the thermal waters discovered in the 1950s. The thermas dos laranjais project is complete, it leaves nothing to be desired for first world developments. however, we are in a complicated time, with the pandemic present and active, and yet, people do not protect themselves adequately, walking around the park barefoot and without a mask, there is no social distance, and I have not seen alcohol gel for cleaning hands. We didn't have the courage to visit the other parks because of that. But we visited 2 small museums in the city, free and quite empty. For a walk it is very good. And to avoid any risks and still enjoy the trip, choosing a hotel with a complete leisure area is very useful.
