The staff was AMAZING Especially Renaldo who checked us in. He was very attentive gave us a room facing the ocean. Helped us with a taxi. And did everything with a smile. We also were checked in early which was great! Breakfast was also very good.

The Stones Throw Away is a great hotel for arriving in Nassau and connecting to a flight the next day to another island in the Bahamas. It's a quick cab ride from the airport, there's a nice pool and the rooms are very comfortable. The veranda is a beautiful place to enjoy a cocktail or breakfast - which we unfortunately didn't have since we had an early flight in the morning.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The restaurant is fantastic and the wine cellar is amazing. It is the perfect experience for a romantic, grown-up vacation (away from the busyness of families with kids at the resorts you'll find in Nassau). They have live music in the lounge every night and offer lots of experiences (cigar rolling, wine tasting, yoga) and the pool/garden area is one of a kind! Absolutely gorgepus , quiet and private! It was definitely pricey, but worth every dollar for the kind of experience one can create if traveling solo or with your significant other.

Ate breakfast one time. Other days we had breakfast in the room. Breakfast in restaurant was good, but like everything else in Nassau - too expensive.

Location is fine, if one doesn't mind some walking. Half an hour to the town center, fifteen minutes to the Fish Fry restaurants. Room size was fine (but just one bedlamp for two beds). Shower functioned well. Free drinks (Rum Punch) between 6-9pm around the swimming-pool (which we never used). Only breakfast is provided (which we never had), but no lunch and dinner. Price is reasonable for the Bahamas.

We really enjoyed our fountain view. Basketball and Putt Putt area was a huge hit for our 6 and 8 year old. They spent hours everyday down there playing or looking for little lizards. Food Delicious. Pizza Lab is one of our favorites with kids. Carna Steakhouse outside seating was amazing with the family. Property feels extremely safe. Loved the ease of renting pool chairs, cabanas, actives all online. Beach Club Daybeds are great for families because what you pay goes towards a food/bev credit. Easy access into the smaller kid part of the waterpark.
