United StatesI first want to give a shot out to Mr. Clyde, he attended all our needs, he was professional but like the nice uncle in the family lol. He made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. All the staff were great, the room was clean and spacious, and the location was excellent, right across Junkanoo Beach. We were like a 10 minute walk from the Down Town.

One particular staff member went above and beyond when my suitcase zipper broke. Without hesitation, she brought me a new one from her own home—at no cost! It was such a selfless and touching gesture, and at that moment, she felt like an angel sent from heaven.

United StatesWhat a wonderful reprieve from “the Bahamas”. Came for a girls long weekend and wanted to avoid rambunctious kids and water parks at all costs. Could not have found a better hotel for relaxing. The restaurant is of course phenomenal (be prepared to pay for the quality though). Graycliff also boasts the third largest wine cellar in the world - definitely worth grabbing a tour of you can. The evening live music is beautiful and well worth silly-dallying for.

To be honest, there isn't much to see in Nassau or Downtown, it's basically designed for cruise ships and lacks attractions. Paradise Island is quite far from the port, and a one-way taxi ride can cost up to $30. Unfortunately, my experience with the taxi drivers was poor. I was charged $25 for a ride to Paradise Island and gave the driver a $30 bill, but he claimed he had no change and asked to keep it as a tip. It feels like they are always trying to take advantage of tourists. However, overall, Paradise Island is beautiful.

The island calls us back every year for two weeks. We waited for a few years to stay at Sunset Cove and finally got there a few years ago. There is no place else that we will stay. There is anything you want to do there. Take your time and see Fort Charlotte, Queen's staircase, the pirate museum or anything else you want. The people here are incredibly nice, helpful, and always smiling. Personally, we would not go to Paradise Island as it is expensive and commercial. Talk to a local about places that are out of the way. Experience local things not what you see on the brochures. We don't go to Bahamar for the same reason. Plenty of things for couples and families to do in complete safety

It’s better to visit for one day on a cruise ship. Pointless staying here, taxis, restaurants and food is expensive and people are generally unfriendly and uninterested to be friendly. The tour guides were the only friendly ones. Most waitresses were not really concerned about you, take it or leave it attitude. Better to travel in South East Asia. Nicer people.

THE ISLAND OF NASSAU OVERALL IS VERY BUSY. I LIVE ON A FAMILY ISLAND WHICH IS MORE LAYED BACK. THE OASIS RETREAT AS VIEWED ON THE SITE DID NOT LIVE UP TO THE HYPE. THE TREES WERE OVERGROWN OVER THE SIGN. FINDING THE AREA WAS SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT, BECAUSE THE SIGNAGE WAS NOT VISABLE.
I WILL VISIT AGAIN, BUT PERHAPS AT COMFORT SUITES.

Cute little island full of fun.
Cute little island full of fun. I think it's perfect for solo traveling! Everything is very expensive however, and this is coming from someone who lives in New York. But if you know the right people and ask them nicely, there will be discounts and freebies!

For us it was a stopover as we were going to one of the outer island so had to connect in Nassau. We spent 2 days which was plenty for us. We had lunch at Baha Mar (pizza lab) which was very good and TUVA for dinner which as also good. Seems like a lot of the tourist are at the two big resorts or arrive by cruise ship - neither of which is our scene. We toured the island a little and visited the western end of the island which had a few nice beaches. Stopped at the Clifton Heritage NP which was underwhelming but had one beach for snorkeling. Overall, I see Nassau as a nice pit stop and place to get groceries before heading to the beauty of the outer islands.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Guatemala City. The location was absolutely ideal being so close to the airport made my arrival and departure incredibly convenient and stress-free.
What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was exceptionally helpful, supportive, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

the staff was courteous and kind, the Haitian women who work there are kind. the location of the hotel is close to downtown I walked to get there. their taxi driver is professional, kind, courteous, he helped me with my travels, Patrick was very patient with me.
