Hotel in Nassau
Located just a 15-minute drive from the Lynden Pindling International Airport and 10 minutes' drive from Nassau Cruise Port, the 42 units Colony Club Inn & Suites is nestled in a beautiful garden... The place was very quiet. It was nice to have breakfasts and free evening cocktails. I also enjoyed having a lot of friendly cats (food beggars, but still). If you buy a few wet cat food cans in the nearby convenient store (Hadjis), they are yours for the whole stay. They have a nice pool and friendly staff. I'd definitely stay here again. Fish Fry (area with many restaurants) is in the walking distance. If you are in the area, you should visit the Ardastra garden. You can also just walk there.

Nassau was beautiful lovely weather and the locals were very nice. Beaches were beautiful soft sand, a lot of things to do. I spent most of my time over at Paradise Island which was very lovely, the Marina Village was very relaxing and had all you could think of available to you. There was a Junkanoo Parade which was very delightful that really made my stay even more memorable.
Loved the gorgeous beaches and resorts in Nassau. We spent most of our time at Atlantis, but visited Bar Mahr SLS and rosewood on cable beach beautiful. Sky bar great place for sunsets and paradise beach at Atlantis. Downtown Nassau is okay so many hagglers that were annoying especially at the straw market, did buy a couple of items. Went to swim with the pigs on pig beach/rose island. Fun experience and gorgeous beach but main swimming with the pigs is in Exuma so next time. Fun time and want to see more beaches next time. I would say its so pricey and 10% vat tax and gratuity on everything which was not so great. You could go broke here because of that.
Immigration and customs officers was polite and that's was a great sign to us that the trip would be good 👍. The locals we came across they was welcoming also so we fell relax . We chill out at senor frogs by the cruise port and a few drinks and the place was a blast 👌 vibes just right . And getting around is very easy ,we took a taxi to town then walk back to our hotel so we could see more and stop at other locations.
The hotel is amazing but very expensive as gratuities are already added to your bill with every purchase. It is best to request it not be added at every purchase. The rooms were clean and the staff is very friendly. We were not offered any outside activities at check-in so it might be wise to ask about these things upfront.
The island is full of history. Most of the taxis we took the drivers were knowledgeable and told stories. Gave great food recommendations and advised where to go. Had a great time and met lots of wonderful kind people. Definitely going back some day.
Very few things to do. Visiting the stairs, the distillery, the cigars/chocolate store, and one of the old restaurants can be done in one day. The pirates' museum and the market weren't worth the time. Everywhere else is so run down.
Nassau
The resort itself is very lovely and, depending on the room assigned (we were given one of the best studios I believe) it can make your stay very pleasant. The little laguna is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the great weather that Nassau has to offer, and the beach is really lovely as well. We loved the fact that we could use the beds and umbrellas on the beach all included with our stay. For the price we paid we were pretty happy with what we were given, just don't expect high luxury-class amenities and rooms and you'll be fine.
We appreciated the care and stewardship being given to this beautiful unique property. The staff went above and beyond during our stay from the moment we arrived until we left. The restaurant was some of the best Indian food we have had. The pool was clean and inviting. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a huge balcony with gorgeous views. We will be back next time we are laid over in Nassau.
We were staying at Breezes for our wedding and I want to say the work by Kim Curry (wedding coordinator) and her staff as well as the hotel staff helping with the wedding was outstanding. We would recommend this as a wedding venue. Excellent coordination. Outstanding service during the wedding. Flexible with arrangements. Just outstanding!
I'm not a big fan of staying in hotels in a predominate tourist area - high/low seasons. It is absurd that you pay twice or more in high season than low season for a below average room. For $500 + a room, the place should be perfect with primo service. Not in the Bahamas. The best that can be said, I won't stay in this again.
Comfortable hotel and beautiful views. Very peaceful and quiet. Very clean! Not close to the main attractions but if you rent a car, you’ll be good to go. The pool was really nice and I like they provided towels to take as needed.
Brand new hotel so everything new and seemed to work seamlessly. Great staff, could not have asked for nicer, more helpful group. Very quiet which is what we were looking for.
Paradise Island, Nassau
The pool was big. I liked the food in the restaurants too. I also liked that they did rapid Covid testing on property for a decent price, which was much cheaper than in the US.
Walking distance to downtown attractions. The beach in front of the hotel is nice. As of 2022 waterpark is pristine, barely used. The Spa tub looking at the ocean is the best.
Paradise Island, Nassau
The hotel is ok. The rooms are acceptable but very old and dirty… very far from 5 star hotel. The greatest part is the hotel staff (notice only for the Cove)
Nassau
The location of the hotel and there were food options on property and the staff was pleasant. There was not much else that was a good experience for me.
Nassau
perfect if you are hopping and need to stay a night in Nassau! Bus to center right infront of the door.
Paradise Island, Nassau
All inclusive food and drinks were the best.
