Unfortunately, when I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my booking was for the previous day—not the date I had selected during the booking process. As a result, the hotel did not have a reservation under my name for the correct date, and I was required to pay for an additional night in order to stay. The hotel was unable to offer any reconciliation or refund at the time, which was both unexpected and inconvenient. The location was excellent. For a nights stay while travelling this little hotel is great. Right off the highway, next door to a MacDonalds and a convenience store. Staff are pleasant. It’s not a five star but super reasonable price for a place to rest your head. We stayed twice while travelling to and from our destination.

The house was big and we never had any issues at all. We were not able to interact with the hosts but they were kind and instructions were very clear that we didn't have to disturb their peace. :)
