The hotel was very nice and clean. The restaurant at the facility was great! Everyone was very professional and helpful. I stayed 2 weeks and I enjoyed it.. I was worried about the language issue, but there is always someone from the staff willing to help out. The manager was super nice and made sure to introduce himself and make you feel welcome.

Excellent. You get what you pay for. Uncomfy beds, shared loos and microwave ovens in the room.
Really close to the motorway, and a great stop over. Arras is worth visiting, especially the Saturday market which is impressive.

The person who checked us is was so friendly, even one of the children said how nice she was! Parking was excellent and the security gate closed not long after we arrived so we felt our car was very secure. Very quiet room. Bathroom was great. We hadn’t expected much and actually this hotel beat all of the pricier ones I’d stayed in over the previous month around Europe, it was spot on!

Quiet in spite of being in the middle of town. Private parking was a game changer for us.

Location very nice by the golf course and also close to the historic town of Arras. Able to have our evening meal outside which was very good. Breakfast choices were very good. Room a bit on the small side but had a good view of the golf course. Not a lot of space to put our bags. Good parking immediately outside the hotel.
The hotel is virtually brand new, having opened in April 2021. The bedroom was very comfortable with a great wet room. There was a lovely marble terrace with views over the golf course, for pre dinner drinks (which came with complimentary nibbles). All the staff were pleasant and made us feel welcome.
Friendly and welcoming at reception, lovely to have a drink outside on the terrace, a great night sleep, efficient air conditioning and a fabulous breakfast again outside on the terrace. The absolute bonus is that this hotels is employing Ukrainien refugees - bravo!
This is our second stay at this hotel in a year. The reason we returned was the spa facilities and overall comfort this hotel provides. Staff are extremely helpful and eager to assist with any request. We will return again, two thumps up :)

I couldnt recommend this hotel enough. The rooms are modern and refreshing. The staff speak great English and are very helpful, and the hotel itself is amazing! The facilities are great, and the location is ideal!
Great environment. The hotel is a beautiful gateway. Will be back again. The only negative experience was with the Dinner, which was okay as there were some sand in the lobster salad. Otherwise, nice hotel.
Excellent staff especially Raj the barman. All staff in the hotel were very welcoming especially to our dog on her first holiday! Lovely bar area and good breakfast choice in the buffet.
