The negative experience was balanced in the morning by a fresh breakfast — but several guests were stranded for ten minutes in a stairwell behind a locked door. It was nice to get to know some fellow travelers during this awkward moment, but it was uncalled for.

Had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff was really nice. The hotel itself is charming. The room was comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The location of the hotel was spectacular being close to the quaint town of Donibane Garazi and within 30mins of hiking trails in the Pyrenees. Bonus: it's also pet-friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

    Lovely well run hotel situated a the end of long winding road. Very rural and quiet. Small swimming pool at the rear and the hotel is right next to a river. The food was great as was the beer. Safe free parking. All good

    Great quality hotel in a very peaceful valley. The pool and the hot tub were very nice after a hot day on the motorbikes. Restaurant was great in the evening.
