This property was easily a favorite during our whirlwind tour around Italy and Provence. Jon was a gracious and welcoming host and the domicile is lovely and comfortable, in a location that can’t be beat! Walk out the door and you are at the entrance to the medieval village, and an easy walk down to the more modern town center. Breakfast was ample and lovingly prepared and served by our host. Would love to return and relax longer in their comfortable abode.

Williams went out of his way to make sure that our stay was as easy and comfortable as possible. The rooms were so well designed, modern but still keeping the feel of it's roots as an old olive oil mill. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast in the sun and could enjoy a drink on the veranda overlooking the town.

The apartment is lovely, clean and provides all basic needs for a stay. The location is exceptional! I had booked this location as a train travel layover between Paris and Nice, but was pleasantly surprised by the stunning medieval town, which this apartment sits right at the steps of the entry to the old fort/castle walls. Dinner at the castle was a highlight. I hope to return one day.

    A wonderful medieval setting with modern interiors and beautiful outdoor spaces. The cobblestone hilly walk paths were a joy to experience a back-in-time feeling. Limited dining options close to the village, but my visit was in November, off-season, and I drove to the coast towns for decent dining.

    La Sentinelle is a lovely boutique hotel, with only a few rooms, giving it an exclusive feel. The village location is magical, if you enjoy historical surroundings and don’t mind a bit of an uphill walk! The building is tastefully decorated with eclectic furniture, antiques and art. We appreciated the healthy and delicious breakfast in the pretty garden and the friendly service of the very hospitable owner, who chatted to us about the history of the village and renovation of the property. Late check-in was easily accommodated.

    This was a hidden gem! I needed to find somewhere near a vineyard and stumbled across this medieval town! Absolutely stunning chateau, with a great pool. Yohan was so helpful. You have to eat at the restaurant, it boasts a charming ambience and the food is excellent. The town is so old and rustic and we wandered to the main square for a drink, where a jazz band was playing and the locals were all out socialising. 15 min walk to the station with links all around the region and to Paris.

    The flat was really nice and cozy. The kitchen is equipped to cook basic meals and the area on the patio is in the shadow of mature trees that provide shade and would be perfect to be used also on a hot summer day. It is just a short (albeit uphill) from the main square in Les Arcs where nice bars, boulangeries, main grocery shopping, and a few restaurants are located.
