We literally loved our stay! The location is very good: it's a quiet area with a wild beach at hand and it's a short walk from the central street and taverns. Parking is provided. We had a wonderful spacious room, it looked new, clean and beautiful, there was everything we needed. The patio outside was also nice. The hostess was super friendly and helpful. It would be my pleasure to stay here again!

The villas were beautiful, exactly like in the photos, with brand new kitchenware and facilities, as well as speakers with BT in every house. There was Domino and card games, and even yoga mats in each house. Our hosts were very responsive and sweet, we communicated through Viber.
There was some potential misunderstanding around a deposit in the beginning but they were polite and considerate and we sorted it out very quickly. On the last day, since we had booked all the villas on the property, and it was raining for 90% of our stay with our checkout day as the only sunny one, they were kind enough to let us stay a couple of hours more to sunbathe by the pool! We had a fantastic time, thank you!

The town beach is nothing special, but there are several really nice beaches just 10 minutes drive away from Nikiti. Also, there's plenty of restaurants and amenities in town so overall it's a nice stay.

Nice place with great beaches nearby. Definitely enjoyed every minute of our holiday. Nice bakery shops, many stores that you can buy pretty much eveything you need.
The beaches we visited are Mega Portokali and Paradise Kavourotripes. Both are sooo nice. Very clear sea, very niece beaches.

Wouldn't go back to Nikiti. Overcrowded in the season, can be a hell to park in the evenings and doesn't have anything special to offer. Typical greek tourist place. The beach is okay but not great.

The town has been rebuilt, there is no lighting, many potholes and bad streets, there are no parking spaces in the center. It's very crowded. Many people, serious traffic jams when entering and exiting. Damage to the car from the potholes. Its advantages are that there are many places to stay, small hotels and several restaurants. Main advantage - close to many nice beaches. Sithonia is lovely, but I miss the tranquility of Mount Athos. It's packed with people and that leads to difficult food reservations, slow check-in and check-out, and other inconveniences.

Perfect location to explore beautiful Sithonia beaches and just behind the supply center of Nikiti. Yet, very quiet. Thoroughly designed, with smart building details, like wooden shades etc. Very beautiful and easy place. When you step in, you simply know that the vacation will be great. Carefully ran by experienced family. The host Afroditi is great in any situation you might be faced with :)
The suits are very comfortable, sweet and adaptable. Full daily room cleaning. We especially liked the bathroom - raindrop shower head.

It’s near Nikiti and the beach, but it’s also hidden near the olive’s garden, where you can fully enjoy the peace and nature in Greece. Perfect for families with little children!
Every part in the hotel facility is clean and maintained to perfection, and the breakfast is authentic with local products! Eco-friendly packages, everything was put in glass containers.

The suite has great location in Nikiti, its very close to the beach, market and restaurants but still private enough to be quiet and peacefull. Its new, very modern inside and outside and has great garden if you have a dog like we did and he (small shih tzu) also loved it there! The host Konstantinos is also very nice, positive person with positive energy and good aura! He was very helpfull and caring during our stay :)

Property was really clean. Location was amazing. Room was well equipt. It has beautiful garden and a lovely family owns this property. Family and couple friendly place. Service was great we loved them as a family. We had wedding in greece and during our stay Sanakis and Nikos arranged us a surprise when we return back to the hotel. All family was so helpful and helpful to us. We will chose Villa Ellie again definetly.
The villa is exactly as in the photos, clean sheets and towels, the beds were excellent, we used the barbecue almost every evening for us it was great!! Villa is close to beach, like 5 min walk, close to the supermarkets and center of Nikiti. Thank you Maria for the wonderful welcome, she helped make our stay more enjoyable she is a beautiful and kind person. I highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting !!!
The location is great. Next to the beach alley with all the restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, super polite and personal. The hotel is pretty new with beautiuful interior, nice pool and plenty of amenities in the room. Grigoria - the owner, gave us some good pointers and advises where to go and what to see, such as beautiful beaches, beach bars, restaurants, etc. We will definitely come back.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated that we could check in a few hours earlier than announced. The house is very clean and spacious for a group of 6 people, and it really feels like a "home away from home". There is also a parking spot right in front of the house. Would definitely recommend PerissaHouse to other friends who plan a vacation to Chalkidiki.
The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The room has been cleaned, the bedclothes have been changed every other day. Kitchen and bathroom well-equipped. The rooms are air-conditionned, with new furniture. The hotel is in the centre, very near the see, the restaurants (taverna). In Nikiti, there is a Lidl supermarket (closed Sunday).
The house is great and very well equipped. You have everything you could possibly need and more. The big terrace facing the garden is so relaxing after a day at the beach. The fact that it has two bathrooms is perfect. The owner is so nice and sweet, and waited for us with wine, water and fruits. Clearly we will come back again.

The apartment is 5-10 min from the main beach in Nikiti also it’s location is great if you want to visit other beaches and places in Sithonia.

Mosquito nets were included in the apartment and are always a great thing to have in Greece. Should have been a must for all the hotels and rental rooms around the country.
The apartment was new, very clean and we were warmly welcomed by the hostess. Although we stayed for only 4 or 5 nights, they cleaned the apartment and changed sheets/towels. It is located in the heart of Nikiti and you have 5 - 10 min. walk to the beach.
I really liked the location - so close to many nice beaches. The hotel room itself was also very nice. It was very clean, with new and comfortable furniture, and I liked the layout of the room. There is also a nice “home feeling” in the hotel.
A spacious room for two adults and two children. Nice, modern deco and comfortable beds. We found that the location is very convenient to discover the nice beaches in Sithonia. Also a nice walk away from the old town of Nikiti.
