This is tiny place, not even a village. There is almost no place to walk. Beaches are not the greatest in the area. If you plan to rent a boat - there are lot of different options for this. Place is close to other nice beaches. We picked it because it was somehow in the middle of our favorite places in Chalkidiki.NatasaSerbia - Scored 8.08.0
A beautiful, wilder part of Halkidiki.
A beautiful, wilder part of Halkidiki. If you can avoid the peak tourist season. Make sure you hire a boat and explore the coast. Our favourite eating spot was Melia on Karydi Beach - food with some creative flair, at reasonable prices and still traditionally hearty and wholesome.

The best were the deserts in the "la creme" and the boat rides at albatross boat rental (awesome experience by Sakis and company). The service at the restaurants is quite mediocre as was on the beach bar at kalogirou beach at the road to neos marmaris which is where you go to avoid the winds if there are any at vourvourou. Very nice village ideal for a relaxing vacation. Highly recommend renting a boat for a day. There are some small islands and private beaches to explore and it is definitely worth it. When on a boat, make sure to go to the Blue Lagoon! Ask the boat rental company for it and they will explain you where it is.РРосенBulgaria - Scored 6.06.0

Place is not convenient for families with small kids, we had to go to the beach by car because there is no pedestrian walking area and the traffic was busy. Nothing to see in Vurvuru except for beaches. No church, shops or centre. Probably village is good for people that rent boats.NadezhdaBulgaria - Scored 1010
Wild beaches, great scenery, peace and quiet and good...
Wild beaches, great scenery, peace and quiet and good restaurants. All in all it's worth a stay if you're looking for a relaxing holiday. Fava Beach and Karidi beach were my favourite beaches. As for restaurants, to name a few: Paris, Garlic, Gorgona Tavern, Anchor Bay and so on.

The yard of the villa is also nice because it's very large but it would benefit from more facilities like: armchairs, sunbeds, umbrellas, etc which were missing for the moment; there's only one big table with chairs around it, under a big tree, where you can serve your meals. The appartment itself has two bedrooms, one kitchen and one bathroom - it is quite large even for a large family but needs refurbishment.Dorian GabrielRomania

It was very clean and it was a nicely designed room not typical room in Greece. Another thing the private beach from Zionist is very small but very private and intimate. The room was large and comfy, well furnished, and clean. Fillis, the owner, was very pleasant, and warm and made sure I have everything I need. We loved the large room, very comfortable. We enjoyed the personal recommendations from our hosts which allowed us to find a fantastic little beach.
