The hotel room was exactly as advertised, and incredibly comfortable. Food at the hotel restaurant was also delicious, and not too expensive despite the quality. Also, photos make the portions look small, but we weren't able to finish all our food. Finally, the staff spoke amazing English and were great.

The receptionist was very patient. She can't speak English very well, but understands English when we had questions. But to make communication simpler, we used a language translation app. The room is modern and tasteful. The room had ample sunlight from the skylights during the day time to wake us up, and all the appliances we needed for the trip.

In the end, we didn't stay at Garestin because they had some problem with heating in our room, but the most positive rating goes for the way they handled it - they found us another room in a hotel with 4*, for the same price and with everything we were supposed to get if we were staying at Garestin. Everything went without any problems and we are very satisfied with their hospitality and the way of communication 😊.
