The stay was great, I was traveling with my son who was 4 y.o. at the time. As a parent, you can find a lot of activities suitable for your child - such as pools with warm water, equipment to learn how to swim at the pool, playing table at the reception, a place to play football, a playground, if you need that you can also use Netflix in your room. Breakfast is very good for younglings, a lot of stuff to choose from. The hotel is very quiet which is also good.
I'm really happy with my experience at Balneum Hotel. The staff is professional, the receptionists, the wellness staff, waiters/waitresses and room attendants, everyone. They're friendly, polite, helpful and well organised.
The room was nice and tidy. I enjoyed the food at dinner and breakfast. There's a great selection of meals and drinks. I only stayed one night during my road trip, but I'll definitely book again in the future.
Nice and comfortable room with a huge terrace, very kind staff. Both buffet breakfast and buffet dinner were more than enogh, even veggies could find something to eat, plus the hotel provided gluten free and lactose free food as well. Spa was also excellent! WiFi was 5 stars.
I loved that our dog was welcome and the hotel provided a bowl, a blanket and a portion of dry food to her. She really enjoyed those things :-)
If you like nature, but you like to admire it it from your comfy hotel rooms terrace - this is the place to be. Nature is all around the hotel, and you can make many tours, on shore or on the water - if you want. Or you sit back and watch it from the pool, or the glass-walled restaurant.
Everythings was OK. Outside thermal pool was great as well as the bike rental ( there are a lot bikes to choose from on site). Children friendly hotel, lot of toys available in the spa, hotel organizes activities for children. Lovely music during dinner.
The hotel is at a silent place, the staff is kind, the restaurant provides excellent dishes (congratulation to the chef who was always checking if everything is fine).
The rooms are comfortable, I suggest selecting one with a terrace.

The location and the wellness facilities are excellent, the food is great. The venue also hosted our wedding, the decoration was very nice and it was easy to organise with the staff.
