Beautiful hotel. The room was very nice and the hotel was very well kept and clean. But the best part was Ruchama, the PR Manager. We had an issue with the front desk at check-in and Ruchama took care of it (and then some) as soon as she heard about it. She made sure we were more than compensated and our stay was lovely from there on out.
The Drisco is a heritage-landmark, 5 star superior hotel, established in 1866, and a proud member of Relais & Châteaux.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. Both the hotel and my room were spotless, which speaks volumes about their commitment to cleanliness and hospitality. I would give them a 10/10 for their attention to detail. They even went the extra mile by leaving a small gift in our room for my partner's birthday, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options.
Before my stay, the hotel staff ensured I had all the necessary information, including tips on local attractions, dining, and activities. My experience at this hotel was truly outstanding—I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

steep outside stairs are a bit daunting
once inside large bedroom is good and clean
the toilet is below a sloping ceiling which is a bit low
Location near the airport is the reason I stayed there.
Instructions to work the air conditioning would be useful as I was unable to switch it on
