The location was excellent, close enough to the main road, but far enough so that it was the best location where we saw the northern lights, just outside our room. Breakfast was quite ok, the mushroom soup for dinner was DELICIOUS, the staff was very nice and helpful and the view from the room ... wow. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

This place was one of those finds on booking.com that you can never get into. So to find it had availability for when we were travelling was great. The location is amazing with some stunning views all around. We stayed in one of the 8 bed apartments, which are on the upper level of the two out buildings. The apartment is well appointed with a large dining table and lounge. The stove is a little out dated and the ring markings have been drawn on with a sharpie, so at least you know which on is which. Having two showers and toilets is brilliant when there are 8 of you staying though, and the views from the balcony are amazing.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed in- really is like a little paradise. Great food and friendly staff! Beds were comfy and placed the best they could be for privacy, you get your own socket and shelf :)

I had the pleasure of being welcomed by Lucia during my recent stay, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service she provided. Not only did she assist me with a smooth check-in process, but she also went the extra mile to help me change my reservation. You see, I mistakenly booked a dormitory room, and, to be frank, I'm not the ideal roommate at my age of 60, especially with my snoring habits. But Lucia was incredibly understanding and accommodating.
The highlight of my stay, apart from Lucia's exceptional assistance, was the dining experience. The dinner and breakfast served were nothing short of perfect. What truly impressed me was the way the staff catered to my specific dietary needs. I have lactose intolerance and diabetes, and I often find it challenging to dine out. However, at this establishment, they took my dietary restrictions seriously and ensured that every meal was not only delicious but also safe for me to consume.
In summary, my stay was perfect in every sense, thanks to Lucia's warm welcome and the outstanding service provided throughout my visit. If you're looking for a place that not only accommodates your needs but exceeds your expectations, I highly recommend booking a stay at this wonderful establishment.
