Clean, quiet hotel with an excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed, nice shower with good pressure, lots of hot water and a handy shelf to set soap and shampoo. Great to have a small refrigerator which isn’t very common in Italy. Also nice to have air conditioning in October which some hotels turn off after the summer. Easy free parking with plenty of spaces just outside the door. Short walk to two large supermarkets. Fast wifi. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Giorgia and Silvia at reception were very welcoming and helpful.

Reasonable business hotel near the highway near Parma. Very easy to reach. Breakfast buffet with ample choice. Staff handled rowdy people next door in the middle of the night well, got them to quiet down until morning.

The big parking lot, the location, it was quiet, the breakfast was good and plenty, the staff was nice.
We love this hotel. There is so much history in the building and it is great that the restoration has not tried to change too much of the integrity of the original monastery. The hotel offers great value for money if you are willing to go a little way off the motorway. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant offers good quality food and breakfast is varied and filling! Parking is on site at the side of the property, and there is plenty of room for cars.
It was absolutely fantastic, I wish the staff and Fontevivo all the best and I hope they will get enough guests, so they can keep this hotel running. If I am near Parma again I will definitely go back. Highly recommended, you get way more for your money than you could ever ask for!
