It's the second time that we stay at this hotel. As usual, the room was extremely clean, quiet and functional. The mattress very comfortable. The staff very accommodating and friendly. Yes, the hotel is on a main road, but all the positive makes up for that.

Small Italian town. We have prior been further down the coast for 8 days, where it was much busiest. These were our last 2 days. We had chosen it because of the proximity of the airport. It was a perfect relaxing ending to our holiday.

My family is from Gizzeria so I am probably biased. The area fairly unspoiled by tourism but there are still lots of restaurants in the area. Some of them are real gems, especially if you like authentic Italian foods and plenty of sea food. There are a few tourist activities, like quad bikes, but not that many. If you want great beaches, this is the place to go! Not a lot of shopping in the area and the nearest mall is probably 10 - 15 miles away. Relying on public transport is probably not a good idea. A hire car is a better option as they're available fairly cheaply. Some beautiful scenery, especially the mountains.

You need a car to reach some interesting places. There is beautiful Tropea, nice Pizzo and few others. It's not very touristic area. So you can have a lazy holidays with beautiful sea and good food :)

Less impressive, the breakfast was ok, but if I would improve something it was this, but I really have no complain. The scenery is wonderful!
This hotel is situated only 12 mins from the airport but is directly on the sea. We liked everything about this hotel, quiet,friendly and spotlessly clean. The restaurant serves only fish dishes which were sublime. It has a super wine list with many local wines from Lamezia. All the staff and owner couldn’t do enough to make us feel welcome especially Francesco in the restaurant who was patient and helpful when choosing the right wine for delicious meals.
All in all a wonderful first experience in Calabria and would definitely return.
We stayed six nights at this really beautiful new hotel right on the beach with incredible views from the room. Very comfortable beds, good Wifi. Loved the wood flooring and multiple balconies. All staff--housekeeping, breakfast room, front desk--were incredibly kind and helpful, immediately willing to fix any problem or answer questions. Lots of restaurants in the area. We were off-season, so only a few were open. Ample free parking was available in front of the hotel.
This was crazy! Our best stay ever (and we did already a lot of hotels/b&b's).
Only for the view and breakfast alone is this stay top!

The Hotel Ristorante La Lampara was an extremely clean and comfortable place to stay.
It was perfect for our trip from Brucoli to Bari as a stop over. Situated midway and right on the beach.
We also ate in the restaurant and were dished up fresh fish that had only just been caught. The food was excellent.
Would always recommend the stay
The room was spacious and clean! The views out of our balcony were breathtaking!! Access to the beach was only a few steps out of the hotel. Food was OUTSTANDING!! We ate there almost every night! We asked the staff for beach towels and were given them and told to keep them for the duration of our trip, which was fabulous!
We flew out of Lamezia Terme and thus the location was perfect… only 7kms away. Plus there were 2 gas stations bang slap near the hotel, so no problems tanking up before car rental return. We had a wonderful dinner of grilled fish. Beach is a short walk and water beautiful. Staff were all very kind and friendly Thank you.
