Self service breakfast, tea coffee and snacks which was unexpected. Secure location, could park car on site if you drive. Staff very friendly and helpful, can't thank the owner enough for a lovely stay and helping us out with transport to the airport.
The location was good. We were able to walk to the nearest restaurants and bars in the centre of the village and did sightseeing around the local area. It’s easy access to get the train to Treviso and Venice. We visited both places during our stay.

very quiet place, correct breakfast, spacious and clean apartments, free parking , proximity (5mins on foot) to train station where from you catch the train and get to Venice in 20mins.
be noted: if you are in Mogliano on Mondays do not miss a town market event which is held every Monday starting from 10am.

first of all the receptionist (young male) and one young lady, both very nice and attentive and both speaking english, your are lucky to have them there.
Breakfast was diversified with many options (eggs, ham, cheese, fruits, etc.) however the coffee is terrible, better pay €1.5 and get a nice espresso at the reception. the location is excellent, 3-5 min walking from the train station and also easy to walk around the area.

Excellent location. very friendl staff and very good breakfast. For few days in northern Italy excellent and I would recommend it. Private parking is in front of the hotel. Even if you do not catch a place there, public parking is very near.

This apartment looked much better than in the pictures and has three bedrooms, neatly designed living room and a spacious kitchen. It also has an outside area with lounge. Very close to the train station to take the train to Venice. Also there are nice restaurants in the area, few playgrounds (need to drive a bit).

The host was kind, good and generous. She allowed me to check-in early, greeted us well and arranged the room with everything that we could need. I felt like home while living in the guest house. No other hotels could provide me with that feeling.

Gorgeous, comfortable, and modern but doesn’t sacrifice anything of the traditional setting. Location is amazing - just steps to the train station, with trains to Venice and Treviso several times in an hour. Very clean and quiet with some amazing technology features. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Just excellent all around.

If you have a car - convenient location to travel daily via train to Venice. Mostly quiet location, quite spacious, clean, helpful owners. They even allowed us to charge our small plug-in hybrid car without asking for payment (just a few euros for a charge, but a very nice gesture)!
