First and foremost, I'd like to start off with saying the staff was incredibly personable, kind, and helpful. The auditors were all very friendly. The cleaning staff was also very nice and offered daily turndown and laundry service. The centralized location and convenience were a huge plus. I felt very safe here. Within the same plaza, you'll find several businesses such as an Oxxo, a confectionary shop, an ice cream parlor, a churro stand (my favorite!), a bank, and a fine dining establishment to name a few.
Hotel Arenas del Mar Resort is located right on Miramar Beach in Tampico, and offers an outdoor pool and a beach club. Some rooms have a balcony with sea views.

I just didn't like anything, the Staff wasn't very helpful the property was in a bad shape, the room with bad odor, and on top of all that the Valet Parking Men stoled my money ( Coins) from my car, I reported and they said, will reimburse you 🤬 when ?
