The guest was very friendly, welcoming and kinds. He would offer to help me with everything I needed. It is very rare to find such hospitality. He treated me like family.
Before I came a problem came up suddenly and I had to cancel. I messaged the property if I could get a full refund even tho the policy said only partial if a certain date had passed, and they were willing to send me a full refund, even tho against their policy. This happens very rarely. So kind of them, but I still made the trip.
The accommodation was very good. A quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
The property is located around 150 meters from the metro-bus if you want to go it the center of Istanbul.

Nice area and the locals are very friendly and helpful. If you stay near the Eser hotel, best option is a taxi to the Metro Bus station (Son Durak) and from there you can get into the city (depending where you go its about 30 - 45 minutes for being at the more tourist places. You may need to change. Istanbul travel site was good for a map.

The place has everything you need from the restaurants, shopping malls and boutiques , museum and historical sites and affordable restaurants and souvenier shops along the beach. People are helpful, friendly and honest. The beach has a nice view of the neighbouring towns around Istanbul. The place is quiet and peaceful and a bit far from the chaotic and buisy city of Istanbul.

It's a Turkish beach destination I think - somewhere for locals to get away for the weekend perhaps. But for tourists there isn't much to see or do other than wander along the beach (which is not "beautiful", speaking relatively). We were here for a wedding in the area so it was fine for our needs. The Esser Hotel has a nice pool on the top floor which you can pay to spend the day at (or free if you stay there, which you can do fairly inexpensively). If you want to see Istanbul stay more centrally as it can take 2 hours into town from here in heavy traffic.

the area is full of different restaurants and there is always something going on.
the beach was not that clean and the water as well. there are many rpivate beaches, where you can pay some amount and spend whole day under umbrella and deck chair. the black sea beaches are way more nicer!
We rented a car and drove around. The places that I can recommend: Sile and Cilingoz Tabiat parki! The first one is more about sightseeing, with light house and the tower, the second is natural park with amazing beach!
Location is quiet and near to sea.
Staff are welcoming and positive.
Requests are attended to quickly.
Room location is as requested, on upper floor with balcony for sea view.
Breakfast has wide varieties, and most of the food is fresh.
Main lounge is large, comfortable, and quiet.
Must mention names of two members of hotel staff, because their assistance and willingness to help guests is high:
- Manager Guest Relations, Ms Gulnar.
- Mr. Sahat at front desk (Reception).
We loved the hotel , the staff were so helpful and nice , when we arrived the room wasn’t cleaned perfectly so we told them and they immediately changed and upgraded our room to a VIP suite , it was so nice of them and after that they were always cleaning perfectly the rooms . The breakfast has a big variety and it was delicious .
We truly recommend this hotel and will surely visit it again :)

The room was a good size and comfortable, with a nice bathroom that was cleaned to a good standard daily.
It was nice to have the beach so close and to have a choice of pools.
The spa was pleasant, but the hotel doesn’t push it enough as it was often very quiet.
The cleanliness of the hotel, the reception is friendly, and they gave us a higher room than the one we booked, the receptionist is very friendly, the breakfast is amazing and delicious, the location of the hotel is steps from the coast and close to the shopping mall, Nearby restaurants, cafes and groceries, amazing hotel

everything was perfect, staff helped a lot. Air conditioning is working well. Room and batroom was clean and tidy. Breakfast is well enough... Hotel located on trafic free coast line, so nice place to walk by the sea.
The bed is comfortable and the location was good /because we had work at the morning in Buyukcekmece/ on our way to Istanbul. So it’s good for one night sleep on the way. The guy on the reception it’s helpful.
Staff was really putting some effort, we could park in front and that is basically the only good thing I can say about this hotel. We were staying just 1 night so I cannot judge the "facilities", etc.
