My Hilton Honors account was hacked after staying at your hotel. I got a notice the day after staying there it was hacked. I changed my password immediately. You might want to check your staff at that hotel. The woman who checked me out had a really bad attitude. I felt as if I was bothering her by simply asking for a receipt .

Nice downtown.
Nice downtown. Cheap parking streetside and very nice park downtown with ducks and fish to feed. Sketchy folks walking around sadly, appeared to be either looking to bother visitors or for opportunities to commit crimes. I'm from Chicago originally...I know bad folks when I see them.

Huntsville is an interesting place.
Huntsville is an interesting place. Most cities have their great areas and the areas you may just want to stay away from. In Huntsville, that is very true. It is an area that is very, very much in transition. There are areas that are very welcoming and areas that are not. It has some really, really beautiful things to see and so many wonderful things to do. It is either old or new. I recommend visiting, however. The people are so nice and very willing to share their opinions, help you out for the most part and give you a smile. Such an interesting place!

There are nice areas and there are not-so-nice areas, just like most cities. But the nice hotels in Huntsville are far more expensive than most other cities of the same size.
Gas is cheaper in Huntsville than most of the US, but if you go to a grocery store, you have to pay 9.5 to 11.5% sales tax on all groceries - this varies in each city and municipality. That really bugs me because of the dozen states I've lived in, none of them charged sales tax on grocery items (except where they sell cooked meals/food in a grocery store).
The traffic is horrible. Everyone is tailgating you or passing you like a madman even when you're going the speed limit. Much of the area is missing left turn lanes - you can be on a divided major highway with crossroads and there will be no turn lane --- There are accidents because of these, I've seen several each time I've been in the area. In most places with no turn lane, it isn't even safe to slow down to make a left turn. It is safer in some places to go to the next major crossroad with a turn lane and turn around to get to your destination without getting rear-ended.
The area looks nice but driving at any work-related rush hour can be extremely frustrating.

Huntsville is a beautiful place surrounded with
scenic spots . The Space and Rocket Center is one if excellence. I love the place. There’s lots of Parks to visit . A walk at Downtown Huntsville is awesome. There were lots of buildings that were constructed
many years back but they were well
preserved. Such a beautiful place to see.
Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check-in/out was smooth with no problems. Due to mobility problems, a handicapped accessible room was rented. The room was clean and spacious, the King bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and had all the necessary handholds to facilitate my needs.
This property is a short distance from downtown and the major attractions of Huntsville but has the mountains to separate you from the bustle of the city. We plan on staying here whenever we travel to Huntsville!
The staff was so kind and informative. 10/10. Kinda like southwest…hate everything about the airline until I get on the flight and then the flight attendants make everything bearable because they are the best. The staff here saved the experience or else wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anybody…on a Sunday.
Location, value, room size. The personnel were very friendly and facilitating. Liked kitchenette and room accommodations. Provided a great clean and delicious breakfast with many selections; could stay open a little later. Nice room accommodations and public areas.
We were so pleased with the staff and comfort of this hotel. I have three children who live in Alabama and this hotel was the absolute best location to be able to see all three of them. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
I have stayed at this hotel several times before. I choose it when I am working in the Huntsville because of the location, the kitchenettes, laundry facilities, and the place is pretty well maintained.
Breakfast was not as expected. Not much of a choice/variety as at other Best Western hotels(pre-packaged: boiled eggs, pancakes), peanut butter, jelly packets, options to toast bread, etc.
The staff is great and wonderful. The location is in a good place. However, the place needs to be razed and a brand new hotel needs to be built. I saw my cockroach and I wasn't happy.
The staff was super friendly. And the night staff did her best to accommodate us considering she was alone. Location seemed nice. And my family loves the Huntsville area
The breakfast was good and the man taking car of the breakfast room was very attentive and kept things tidy and the food constantly The room was relatively clean.
The hot water in the shower was excellent. The beds were full size, decent for 2 people to sleep on. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room.
