Stayed here for just one night on our way back from a big concert in Pittsburgh. Considering that because of the event hotels prices in the Pittsburgh area were astronomical this hotel still had reasonable prices for being roughly an hour away from Pittsburgh.
The breakfast was excellent. Even when there was no fruit listed as a side, when I asked for some fruit, they accommodated me. We were there for a volleyball tournament being held in the arena right next door within walking distance of the hotel.

This was a convenient location with plenty of parking on the edge of the IUP campus. This was a perfect location for access to the university. The room was quiet, clean, and convenient. Breakfast at the hotel was filling.
The hotel was very clean. Front desk clerk when we checked in was extremely nice and personable. I really liked the availability of hand sanitizer throughout the hotel including the elevator. Breakfast was delicious!!
Ceiling was falling in, in the bathroom and holes in the wall, stains on the floor staff wasn't nice, they wouldn't refund my money as I left to go to another hotel, I would not recommend this place to no one at all!
The breakfast included fresh baked waffles and hard boiled eggs which tasted really chewy on the egg white. Hotel located on a quiet street which is also very convenient to the main route.
