The room was actually clean including the bedding. The hotel guest were distantly quiet. It was really actually a nice hotel except for a couple issues that to me are minor they can fix!

Breakfast was fabulous! Lots of different options. The pool was definitely a hit with the teens. This Holiday Inn will be first pick when we come back to visit our daughter in college next year.

The absolute quiet in the room. The breakfast setting -- no tv, no muzak! The bedding and the towels were luxurious! And no hotel smell!
