Breakfast and kitchen staff were the best part of the facility. Room cleanliness was acceptable.

Had to cancel due to COVID but instead of refunding us we were charged for days before our stay. Honestly, apparently doing the right thing cost us 1/2 of our stay due to greed on the part of the hotel. No one would respond to my request to cancel.
DO NOT STAY at this place or don't get sick! We did the right thing so that no one else would get this horrible virus but the greed of this hotel doesn't understand what it means to "do the right thing". Lesson learned on our part.

Nice clean area with lots of restaurants (great food & service), stores, & movie theaters. We ate at BJ’s (twice, wonderful tavern-cut pizza the second time), & Chuy’s. The hotel was in the Austin Center. The hotel gave us a list of all the restaurants in the area including those within the center & those that delivered. Kroger store is in the center too. Everything was within walking distance.

This place was an unexpected surprise. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. When I checked in the reservation employee was very nice. I hope we are in the area again. We will definitely rebook.

The Mexican restaurant nearby was fabulous.
The Mexican restaurant nearby was fabulous. One person in our party found a place around the corner for karaoke. It wasn't the greatest place, but she did what she wanted to do so hey, works for me. Super movie theatre nearby and everyone in our party enjoyed the chicken from a place called Frickers (spelling ?) nearby.

Miamisburg is right off of I-75.
Miamisburg is right off of I-75. You are less than 10 miles south of Downtown Dayton, UD Arena, and Carollon Park. You are about an hour from the ball park in Cincinnati and Kings Island. There must be over a hundred different restaurants along 725 and up Springboro Pike., plus the Dayton Mall and other places to shop. We never had to go very far to find what we wanted.

Stay away. Nothing good on the east side.
Stay away. Nothing good on the east side. If you ever feel like your life sucks, or is going down in a blaze of glory, just Go to Miamisburg, view the people (from a distance)and then realize how far worse it can really be. It Definitely raised my hopes for the future. I was able to drive out of their with wallet, and no stab or bullet wounds. I unfortunately think I won’t return anytime soon.
Nothing. We couldn't even stay there. They were renovating, and nothing was ever said about that. The roof was leaking, and our room did not even have. Smoke detector. I refused to stay there. I had to find another place at the last minute. At least the hotel did not fight me on giving me my money back. They have no business being open in that condition.
The breakfast was fantastic. The guy working the food was very fast and on the ball. The rooms were so nice and clean. I also loved the decor and the sitting area. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.
Breakfast was better than at most hotels
Good location, close to stores and restaurants. Also the I-75.
The two Queen bed room is large, with another area with a desk, couch, fridge.
Bathroom was very nice.
Rooms air conditioning was not working
Hotel needs updating
Bedspread was stained and had burn holes in it
Room was dirty
We didn't spend the night there
Staff was very unfriendly and didn't care
The location was easy to find. The hotel was extremely clean. Staff was beyond friendly. The suite itself was more than I had expected. First time staying at a Homewood Suite... Won't be my last.
Spotless hotel with friendly staff, especially Wyatt, who was in the midst of a weekend marathon shift. There’s much to be said for meeting a friendly soul while on a long road trip.
This was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Nothing too fancy but I really enjoy the stay. The room was a suite and was larger than I had expected.
