When we arrived, there was some confusion and my card was charged 2 times for the full amount. The staff ensured that the 2nd charge would be removed and also offered 2 complimentary breakfast vouchers for our inconvenience. Staff was very pleasant.

The shower was roomy and looked brand new. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and most helpful. Breakfast was good. Couldn't beat the location.

If you have an extra $200.00 to literally flush away then go there. Never been treated like a criminal for following the rules. Nor have I been charged $200 for following the rules either. But I have been falsely accused and stolen from with this hotel. Never again!!
