They took doubt my money and they won’t let me in our room til late we was upset about front desk they are very rude and manager lady is very rude sometime she won’t write down a paper I am deaf she kept telling my oldest son explaining and my son was nervous and anxiety I ain’t appreciate it she force him to sign language for me bcuz my son was too tired driving allll the way to Orlando he need a rest and she kept telling your son come and talk to him like that we need back my money
