It was really clean and the bed was amazingly soft. I slept like a baby.

The location was not safe and secure. The room was filthy mold in fridge, blood on walls, microwave stunk and was dirty and the fridge couldn't be used and the air conditioner didn't work. The hole was booked to capacity.AAnonymous - 4.0Scored 4.0
Early check in was great.
Early check in was great. No complimentary breakfast and no maid service during our stay was disappointing. If you don’t get your room cleaned or a breakfast then they should discount the price or at least tell there is no complimentary breakfast or maid service when you make your reservation. Probably my first and last time staying with them.

Room was very clean, and nicely furnished! Bed was comfy, and I loved the decor!! Breakfast was a hit, everything in the room worked. The front desk associates were polite and informative...professional!! Was in a great location, tucked away from a busy intersection. I would stay here again, and I rate it a 💯

I like the city and will continue to stay due to it being accessible to everything and my family is very close in Memphis but I will not stay at the Whispering Woods Hotel and Conference Center ever!!!

Me and my toddler really love the Blue Hotel... That’s what she calls it.. Bed was really comfy and I love the pillows... In a nice quiet area... Staff was really polite and helpful.. We will be staying again...

I was there for my anniversary and was not pleased with the condition of my room it was nasty. The manager Nancy took care of all my concerns. She put us in a cleaner room..I would have checked out had it not been for her. The food was horrible. I had a retreat at this hotel years ago and the food was great then, but the hotel was in horrible shape inside and out with the exception of some rooms. I reported it to the front desk and all she said is that she will keep an eye out for him. Look i understand hotels aren't responsible for my belongings, but the guy stole my brand new iPhone 12 pro max right outta my room.... surely the hotel would have to be responsible for that? The rooms were clean and spacious, I couldn't tell the difference from their property from major chains. COVID-19 protocols were followed by staff and signs were placed to ensure guests did the same.
