I booked this hotel for a friend of mine. Her husband was having open heart surgery and she needed to be close to the hospital incase something went wrong. She did not have any complaints about the hotel or hotel staff.

The hotel was clean and it accommodated our needs for a one night stay.
The breakfast was OK for the average traveler but we are constantly hoping the hotels that offer breakfast will stop serving powdered based eggs and add non-pork meat options for the zillions of travelers who do not eat pork.
Surprisingly busy traffic area, but the hotel is a great value with excellent staff, clean and comfortable rooms, as well as having many eateries located nearby. Instead of staying in Alexandria across the river, as many people do, I highly recommend Pineville/Kingsville/Tioga’s Sleep Inn.

I had to pleasure to stay at this hotel ..They are in the process of remolding and I loved the new look they have now..I will return there again when needed...if I needed anything they made sure I got it..
Didn't have breakfast although it looked good for a continental breakfast bar. Easy access and check in no issues. Could see that the hotel was undergoing some overhaul/repair/remodeling.
The bed we're comfortable and the room we're clean. I loved the living room area and I felt like my wife and I had space because the kids could roam there. Even the heat felt good.
The hotel was spotless and the room was a good size with fridge and microwave, also coffee making facilities. There was a full buffet breakfast which was excellent.
This was our second time staying at this hotel. We plan to use it anytime we visit this area. Loved the layout of the suite and also enjoyed the breakfast.
