This Was the worst place we could've stayed!!! The Room was Clean But has a very bad roach problem!!!!I'd Never Recommend This Hotel To Anyone Ever!!!! The Pictures on Booking. Com were very deceiving. This feels more like a Motel!!! We Should be Compensated Some How! I'll Never use Booking.Com Again!!!! There's great places to eat& grocery shop.

The room was dirty, towels were dirty & stained.

The room was dirty, towels were dirty & stained. Phone in room didn't work. Bathtub was inoperable. They didn't have breakfast. The staff was extremely rude, they wouldn't give us a late checkout. The phone in our room didn't work. I had to call the front desk from my cell phone at least 6 times before they would even answer. Horrible hotel, horrible staff, horrible service. Not worth what you pay. Don't waste you money here! I would not even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

    My whole stay was awful.

My whole stay was awful. Why was every single room a very very dirty room for one and didnt have any trash cans or clean sheets. I also book another night and the maids still came and cleaned my room and tried to steal all my stuff. I am disappointed and dissatified with my week at red roof and would seriously like a refund for every single night i spent here.

Although I had to pay extra for the room I thought I booked with mini-fridge and microwave, the room was pleasant, comfortable and clean. I was very disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs during my entire stay of one week.

    Nail studio offers great pedicures!

Nail studio offers great pedicures! The coffee shop next door to Nail Studio--Coffee and cookies was great! Delicious coffee! The restaurants were very clean and fully staffed with friendly people! And, the Georgia School Of Massage offered much comfort for my CEU workshop with Dr. Ben! I’ll be back to visit again soon! Oh, it was super close and easy to get to the Mall of Georgia for my husband to shop while I had class.

There was nothing to like about this rundown property.

There was nothing to like about this rundown property. Unless you’re a tobacco or marijuana smoker, I advise you to avoid the property at all costs, especially if you have children. A non-smoker, my eyes and throat were hurting with minutes of entering the first “non-smoking” room. A room change made little difference. Nasty environment. I survived the second room for less than an hour before packing and leaving.

We did not eat breakfast. Really didn't like a whole lot. The hotel was next to the interstate. It was extremely noisy the entire night with tractor trailer trucks going by constantly. If you are going to build hotels next to a major interstate, then you need to provide better sound proof measures on that side. I asked for a room on other side, but there were none available.

Front desk was super kind and made me feel welcome. But hotel staying is another story. Carpet was so sticky 😫 small refrigerator was making such a awful sounds. . Ppl were hanging outside so super loud . I was worry about my car all night . I was solo traveler due to house hunting being female. I was scared to go outside.

I liked that the hotel was in a good location not too far from stores or places to eat. Since we visited to compete in a tournament that was a plus because we were all wore out. Oscar was also amazing. He made us feel welcomed and let us know if we needed anything he'd be happy to help.

Someone had OD In office. We got there as office was calling 911. Seems a homeless camp behind hotel. Lot of people milling around. We were meeting others here so could not change hotels. No coffee in morning. We had stayed here before. However was our last time at this location.
